“As soon as I walked through the door, I was impressed by the size and layout of the store. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I came in to purchase. I will definitely be returning to restock my supplies.”
“After weeks of the owner shopping around, they were able to get in the only flavor of vape that I like! Thank you for your continuous effort to find it and they have some of the best prices in the TC!”
“Wide variety of products, staff are knowledgeable and willing to help provide recommendations, clean environment, products are easily displayed for customers to see, would highly recommend. Great location. Thanks Sammy.”
“So happy this tobacco shop is here. They have my cigarettes where other stores have stopped selling them or closed.Welcome to cottage Grove so happy you're here.?❤️”
“Super nice place. Everyone I've interacted with there has been super friendly, their stock is varied, and they always have what I'm looking for. Its my number one place to go for my tobacco needs.”
“I’ve been buying my tobacco products from this store ever since MN raised taxes on nicotine products over 10 years ago. I now live in WI and drive 45 minutes because the service, prices, and staff are all wonderful!! Not to mention, who really likes change. I only use the SV e-juice that is sold at the store and I love that the staff mix the flavoring in for me.”
“The cigar selection is good. The lounge has a community feel. I was in town visiting and met a guy named Sam. It was awesome to find that pretty much everyone there knew Sam and they had a welcoming community.
The only downside was the ventilation is not great.
I would recommend you grab a cigar and stay for conversation with someone.”
“Nice staff, knowledgeable, clean, inviting, cute little store. I went to get gummies to help with sleep and they helped me pick out what I needed. I've been going there now for the passed 2 years.”
“Probably one of the few family owned liquor stores in the area. Brings me back to the 90's and early 2000's when you would stop at your local liquor store and video store and go home for a movie night”
“Great cigar selection! Knowledgeable, helped me find a dunbarton cigar, as I've never had them. Also, had a spot for me to sit and work on my laptop while smoking.”
“My Dad and I were looking around, and Chris guided us through all sorts of options we had never heard of or tried. He went above and beyond with insights from his native Scotland. If you’re looking for whiskey, ask for Chris.”
“Love this place, wonderful and helpful staff. Never had a bad time shopping here. Spacious parking lot but it's shared with other stores. We had a fun time.
Update: everything with the staff is still exceptional, however they no longer carry Geek Vape products. If you're looking for replacement coils for your vape that are a geek vape brand look elsewhere. Everything else is the same and I love this Hideaway as they always have stock of my favorite flavor of Coastal Clouds juice - Lemon Raspberry. Sadly a lot of smoke shops do not carry this flavor as it's not insanely popular, but I love it. Thank you Hideaway for always keeping this customer happy. You guys are the true G. O. A. T.”
“I am very pleased and happy with the services provided at this smoke shop. I live in Minneapolis and often drive here for the service and prices. The owner, Nasser, is so nice and pleasant, clean store and has always been open during business hours; even stayed a few minutes after close for me! Thank you friend for being such a great business owner!”

“Ayman and Bruce are the kind of people that made me feel like I was at home when I came into the store and they treated me like a human being and this kind of kindness needs to be everywhere”
“10 STARS, Hands down.. Really chill establishment, top notch customer service.. Great products for great prices.. I would 100% send family or friends to Simply Vapour for Premium vape products, Crystals, THC and CBD.. They care about your well-being and personal or medical needs.. Definitely the one stop shop for tranquility and elevation.. Absolutely love the vibe as soon as they open the door and welcome you inside..”
“Mo and the rest of the staff are genuinely nice — the kind of people that make you want to come back. Fair prices on vapes, and the punch card rewards system is a welcome change from the “give us your phone number” approach everyone else uses.
There’s a friendly neighborhood corner store energy here that’s hard to come by. You can tell the whole neighborhood feels it too.”
“Not sure if it’s just one guy there but this place is great. Only have been there twice and he made sure that what I wanted would come as soon as possible. It wasn’t anything they had in stock but he made it happen! Even texted when they got it :)”
“They have very paws-ative, attentive, and helpful guides stationed throughout the store... plus the human staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable about all of their products!”

“Today I went in and this wonderful young lady was behind the counter sage, she was super helpful and amazing to me and my husband. She was able to help us find what we have been looking for and was very nice and helpful and a great worker for this store!”
“Went to the store looking for Geek bars and my flavor is not being made anymore. Thanks to Maureen she helped me find some that are great. Thank you for being so patient and helping me out. This will definitely be my go to place from now on...”
“This location is used by UPS as a customer pickup spot for packages. I have used it as such a couple of times and have been quite happy with it. I've only actually ever shopped inside once and the pricing seemed Fair and everyone working with very nice.”
“This is my go to place. Every single employee is friendly, always well stocked. And I have never once felt unsafe there. They are incredible and I don't shop anywhere else if I can help it”
“Wonderful corner store. The employees I met were warm, welcoming & helpful. The time I spent checking the place out, I noticed how clean, tidy, well organized & 99% well stocked on all items (except I did see skim milk). But I did see products i don’t see at any other corner stores or any store I’d expect to find it. How many corner stores sell jewelry for (a few, not all) body piercings or candy you haven’t seen for 20 years or a hookah pipe (water pipe)? One think I don’t recall seeing is a self-serve beverage or food bar. But I did see ashtray/butt container that lights up, extinguishes and/or contains the odor. If you’re one of few that smokes cigarettes & buys by the carton, you might find a little something extra in your bag. Just an old-school corner store with friendly employees and some unique items.”
“Love this place. Have a sizeable selection of glass ware, rolling papers and wraps, tobacco, and now THC and CBD items. The people who work the till are always friendly anytime im in. I go here weekly”
