“I had the best experience here today! I have been out of RC for well over 15 years and struggling to get back into it properly being left to my own devices. I made it in to the LC location to take a look around and maybe buy something modern, and I have to say the staff there were amazing on many levels!! First of all I had a ton of questions which they happily answered for me, getting me up to speed on how things are today. I spent a considerable amount of time deciding which direction I wanted to go and not once did anyone loose patience or try to hurry me along. The best part is I did buy a kit (and accessories) and it was the setup I WANTED and not what they wanted me to buy, meaning instead of trying to sell me the most expensive HOT items, they helped me find what I wanted within my budget and to me that is super cool in 2023. I am very excited to be back in the world of RC. Thanks for the help today. I will do my best to buy my future RC items through you vs. online.”
“Great selection of toys for all ages! Staff is friendly and patient. There was a Karen type woman at the front who tried to return something past the receipt date and she overreacted. The staff was so calm and took the return anyway. I would have said nope. Please leave.”

“I love this place. It's a great old store with lots of character. They have a HUGE selection of models, trains, and hobby supplies. As well as vintage, out of production kits. The staff is friendly and helpful and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can probably find it for you.”
“The staff here is amazing. My husband and I splurge on a new book every Christmas for ourselves, and we take turns looking while the other watches our kids. The staff made sure we were okay and made us feel comfortable hanging out in the children's section while the other shopped. They definitely made us feel welcomed. Can't wait to go back.”

“I love shopping here! They buy quality items and sell at reasonable prices. I always enjoy the hunt of looking through Kid to Kid. My kids love the little pink door and picking out books. I have never sold anything to Kid to Kid but every time I go in I am amazed at how much stuff their buyers go through!”

Owner is good people, and very direct.Places like these are rarer and rarer these days - so if you are debating whether the drive is worth it, I can wholeheartedly confirm you will be rewarded.”
“Game Stop is a nice place to visit and the employee is very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the guy works alone each time I've been there (twice) and the store has many people coming in. This may not always be like this but Game Stop, you need to ensure that this location has several employees because of the volume of shoppers. Several teenagers were attempting to steal controllers and were caught. They soon left the store. I was at the location for about an hour and a half to sell 5 games and purchase one game. I was being patient but I was there way too long. Nice store, very organized, and clean helpful staff member.”

“Had to leave a rave review about the *ABOVE and BEYOND* customer service I received at Dreamers Vault South St. Paul today. I called with a very specific/niche question about various print editions of a game and the very kind and extremely resourceful assistant manager took the time to research the answer with me. The fact that she was able to find the answer, and that the store had the edition I was looking for in stock were both just cherries-on-top of the experience, but even if neither had been the case, I was really impressed with her thoroughness and the time she took to help me. Absolutely made my day! Thank you!”
