“While visiting our granddaughters, to make the visit a pleasant experience for grandma, we rented a wheelchair. I made arrangements in advance and when I arrived at the store all the paperwork was in order and wheelchair was ready to go. The wheelchair was in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The return was just as easy too. If we need a wheelchair again, while in Minnesota, we will call ABC Rentals.”
“I has brought my truck to a bodyshop in Ramsey a couple weeks back. Brooklyn Park had no large trucks left, nor did Roseville, so made the trek down after using a small jeep for a few days, then switching to the truck..
The repairs took longer than expected, Colby and Jarius were very nice at Brooklyn Park location helped me out for longer and they certainly did not have to but I was extremely appreciative of them both and also, Blake and Joe (I think were their names) were also great to work with. I got my truck back Friday and I very pleased all around! Thank you Eagan and Brooklyn Park Enterprise! Great job guys! I hope they get their deserved praise ? thanks so much - Chris”
“Highly recommend using!!!I have been using 7th street storage for a locker for the past 8 years or so. I have never had a problem. The security is excellent with coded entry and cameras plus a shift of people. It’s always been temperature controlled. Tons of light. Reasonable price. Huge area.”

“Great experience and friendly service renting a unit. We were able to find one that worked for us at a great price and get moved in right away. Prepaid for a year to lock in the price. We use it to store summer camping supplies since we live out of state and the unit stays cool and dry all year, it’s been great! Easy access and great location not too far from MSP Airport.”
“$200 a day or 24 hour riding mower rental it was cool mower to ride but $200 a day hmmm yes I will rent again! Then $45 a day for trailer rental plus tax about $286+”

“This was the nicest and smoothest truck rental experience EVER. The CSR found me a better discount than I had found myself, the price stayed the same from start to finish, UNLIKE other rentals friends and family members have experienced. Truck was clean and in excellent condition and there were NO SURPRISES! Every staff member we encountered live, online and by phone were knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience and highly recommend!
One suggestion: if going on tollroads, know your route Nd contact those toll systems BEFORE your trip or immediately after so YOU can pay your tolls yourself. The rental paperwork DOES mention this and they will add a $25 fee PER transaction...that can be a big deal in some states! Fortunately, I read that and took care of it beforehand. It WOULD have been a big deal if I hadn't! Do yourself favor and follow thru on this!”
“Anthony is great! This location was unable to complete my hitch installation but Anthony was proactive about calling me right away to let me know. He was upfront about rescheduling options and extremely polite and easy to work with even though he was helping other customers with their issues at the same time. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but when that happens as long as the communication is good, I'm good!”

“I appreciated being squared away right away, there was 0 hassle. I only struggled with the pricing and receiving the invoice to an incorrect email so my suggestion is hav ppl write down their email or repeat it back verbally. Mine was 5 characters + outlook but like I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I I was more concerned with getting everything hauled and stored and was happy to be taken care of swiftly. The pricing chapped my hiney especially but I guess that’s the price you pay now a days for peace of mind. Won’t use for additional errands next time for sure lbs.”

“So far everything is good. The only issue I had was they told us a different price once we got there. I guess it was a miscommunication between the worker and the manager. She wouldn't grant us the price he told us. Me being a manager for different companies thought that it's just the right thing to do. Everything else has been good.”

There were multiple customers and challenges, such as trucks not being returned on time for the next customer (me) or the exit being blocked by a semi truck unrelated to the business. She handled it all with grace and excellent customer service, figuring out a solution to each challenging situation. I was impressed.”

He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”
