Before I moved I filled out the change of address card at this Post Office. They do not forward my mail to my new address.

This post office is a joke. Multiple times now they have not delivered important mail to me. The carrier saying that the names aren’t in the mailbox when they are. I’ve had them return mail I’ve sent out back to me for no reason but when I send it out through a different post office it gets to the person no problem. When I try to call and ask about where it is and what’s going on I stop on hold for 2+ hours with no responds. They should not be returning mail unless I say return to sender. They think they can just send mail back because they don’t recognize the name. It’s ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to play this back and fourth bullshit. I’ve had these letter sent to my kids from a loved one and they keep refusing to deliver it. Give me my mail. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else in Minnesota just this location and it’s beyond ridiculous. I have informed self or this reason so I know they got it

My mail carrier took it upon himself to cross my name out from inside of my mailbox and I haven’t been receiving mail or packages me and him are the only ones with the keys

I was “helped” by someone who she says the name of “Lee” an older Hispanic women. She was more than disrespectful. I’d been waiting for 10 minutes and rang the door bell and shouted out excuse multiple times. The 3rd time she came out and said “yes? Do you need something” in a snarky tone as I’m standing there with my package to ship out obviously needing something. I said yes I do I been saying excuse me multiple times and she goes “yea well I’ve been in the back” well Lee.. obviously. I stated that I said excuse me so I could get some help she goes “well I thought I did something wrong I don’t know how you youngsters communicate anymore” Are you serious ? You are a POOR excuse of worker PLAIN DISRESPECTFUL. “Lee” you should reevaluate how you speak to people I’m so sick of every time I go to the postal office being blatantly disrespected by the workers it’s beyond me it’s honestly REALLY SAD AND UNFORTUNATE. USPS DO BETTER

Never experienced such rudeness from the person at the counter! The other counter had the most helpful person. Wow, did we pick the wrong one! She also didn't know how to register the package and said what we wanted couldn't be done! NOT TRUE

I lost 2 packages delivered by USPS at this location. Today they left a key to a different mailbox.

My package was misplaced in transit even though they scanned it few days ago.
I received standard book answers from the lady working there without letting me know where the package is. The black lady, who maybe the supervisor, her demeanor changed instantly from being polite to rude. And I got shamed into for asking questions about tracking my package
and bullied into believing I shouldn’t let be asking questions they don’t have answers to!
I still don’t have access to package supposed to be received last week, and I’ve two more packages on the way which I’m not confident what fate awaits which again I was shamed & bullied for asking if similar thing will happen to those
I will update this review
My experience seems to resonate with other customers too

We have had several different mail carries over the years. All of them have been great. When we go in to the office, again great service and do what they can to help. They are a good crew and always do what they can to help at this location.

We’ve not received mail in 10 days. I can see on informed delivery that I’m missing 2 birthday cards, 1 replacement credit card, and numerous bills and other correspondence. I learned that this isn’t isolated and everyone is missing mail. This is unacceptable.
