Amazing place with great prices.. stopped in on Wednesday to buy a free refrigerator.. my Friday the refrigerator was sitting at my place ready to roll.. Todd is the best.. if they would let me give him a 10 star review I would. Very comfortable small town vibe.. check them out for all of your appliance needs. I also bought a self-propelled push mower from Todd 5 years ago.. I've only sharpened the blade one time and changed the oil twice and it still runs like new.. thanks for selling me an awesome trouble-free product

This place is an absolute mystery to me. I think I called 100+ times. I went there in person when they wouldn't answer the phone and they don't have voicemail. but I did finally get a refund after a painful 3 weeks of calling and doing my own tech work. It was agonizing. And the journey didn't end there. They are so all over the place (and you can see it in the reviews) they didn't even do what was logical and sell me a new fridge. I'm old and have never seen so much runaround over fixing/replacing an appliance. It hurts to give a bad review to a local business but I have to.

Great folks. Boss had to help unload because everyone else was on service calls. They did a great job unloading. Parking for tractor/trailer was different, but it worked.

I have nothing but great things to say about this family business. Buying appliances during a pandemic is madness. I had very specific brands and models in mind so I knew there would be some challenges. Erynn and his dad did a great job keeping me updated on ETAs, delays or shipment updates. This made it easier to coordinate the remodel with my contractor. Their customer service is phenomenal, and the appliances are exactly what I was expecting.

The worst customer service ever. Leave message for issues with my appliances and never get a response. I was told he would replace a trim peice on my dishwasher. We have been waiting for 3 years. Gas regulator stopped working on my 5 year old stove. No response. Never again.

I would never to business with these people they have had our truck since March and have not fixed it. They will not pick up the phone to even discuss the progress. They know our area code and will not pick up the phone. What a terrible way to run a business. I would not recommend to anyonefirtNow we at the first of June, still no truck. We were going to use this truck to upgrade our food truck business. Now we will have to wait until next year. I wonder how this business would feel if someone did this to their business.

Outstanding customer service, super friendly staff, and excellent pricing on new lawnmowers. They even delivered it for free to my house, which was a surprise bonus. Feels good to support a great small business like this, Halvorson's takes really good care of its customers.
