We stored with lakeside for 4yrs and had the best experience with them. Their facilities are amazing (clean and excellent climate control) and the owners are so easy to communicate with. They always treated us as valued customers and are very personable. Highly recommend!

I had a major theft take place here and would not recommend. With inadequate surveillance and a gate that is often left or stuck open, know that any look of safety and security for your belongings is mostly an illusion. Staff sidestepped any responsibility in resolving the issue and has given no indication that they are taking the incident seriously, or making improvements to the facility to make sure this would not happen again. Unfortunately I do not feel safe keeping my belongings there anymore in what otherwise is a clean and convenient storage facility. I will be relocating my belongings as soon as I can, and suggest you look elsewhere if security is a concern of yours. I normally do not write reviews but felt it was important so any onlooking potential customers can make informed decisions.
