I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about this place but I decided to give it a try. However I’m disappointed because they part I bought the serial number was removed. I bought a 2014 Dodge Durango touchscreen radio. I need the serial number to get the anti-theft code and I don’t have that so now I’m SOL. I have to go spend a lot more money to get it from the dealership, if I do return the radio I’m subject to a restocking fee. Maybe don’t remove the stick with the serial number on it.

Be careful when using these guys they'll tell you they have parts and then you waste your whole day going there and they don't. So if they tell you they have parts you better have them run and make sure they have it on their desk before you go up here.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with was told one price on the phone got to the register and the price went up $40. I would call certified auto before I ever went there again.
