“My rear window was smashed last week. AGP came to my garage last Friday, cleaned up all the broken glass and crash wrapped the back end so I could drive it to their climate controlled facility for a new window install. I drove in on Monday for the install appt, and waited about an hour for it to get done. Coffee and wifi were ready for me. The service I got, for the price I paid was incredible. If I ever have glass trouble again (which I hope not to), these guys will be my first call.”

“They came out about two hours after my back windshield broke and it took him about an hour maybe a little longer to fix it and I was back on the road again. The guys were very nice and polite. The technician that was here was Braden Oswald . If I ever have another broken window, I hope my Insureance gets a hold of these guys. They are the best. I don’t know what they charge because my insurance took care of it”

“I love this place! More and more rare to find such awesome customer service. After my front license plate and bracket had been stolen, the new bracket came with rivets I couldn’t install on my own. After a dealership told me I could wait in line behind everyone else and it may take hours, I checked to see what was nearby, crossed my fingers and drove over to the downtown Minneapolis Caliber Collision. They were so busy, I couldn’t even pull into the parking area. When I explained my problem, I was assured that they could help me, and a mechanic immediately went out to my car on the street, using their own screws instead of the cheap plastic rivets. Everyone was so friendly and when I tried to pay, I was told that a good review was all the payment they wanted. I am so impressed with this company!”

“I came for estimate to Gold Star auto body twice. Both time the estimate was 10 times less than at numerous other shops. Last time. he not only diagnosed the problem, but exactly said what happened to my car. While other mechanics were telling me vaguely that car hit something, Brian said that the bolts for fender liner rusted out and the liner melted while brushing against the turning wheel. Job was done the next day after details arrived. Besides, Brian is very interesting person to talk to. Just a little spoiler: he pained the piano and the guitars for Prince.”

“This place is awesome! Very reasonably priced and great customer service. They even cut a new piece of glass for me at no charge after the first one cracked at some point in the car (in the frame). They are willing to do small jobs for you while you wait and are great to work with. I recommend calling ahead since their job takes them offsite frequently during the day. For one of my orders, I dropped it off one afternoon and it was ready the next morning. Will definitely continue to use them!”

“The technician I had, Nathan, was a dream to work with. He was communicative from the beginning, keeping me updated on his timing for arrival at my workplace. He had, unfortunately, to deal with all of the duct tape and epoxy I used to try to reattach my rearview mirror back to my windshield, until it could get replaced, and he didn't complain once (even said I did a great job of it 😂). He also came out with heat in the 90s, heat index high 90s to over 100, and was nothing but pleasant and friendly. And he didn't try to sell me anything, which I very much appreciated as I was at work (as I said) and didn't have the time to listen and ultimately refuse.
I hope everyone gets the joy of working with him at some point.
I also appreciated how easy it was to schedule a visit to where I would be online, and do the auto claim through them. A lot of websites these days are surprisingly difficult to navigate, but Safelite's was great.”
