AGP came to my garage last Friday, cleaned up all the broken glass and crash wrapped the back end so I could drive it to their climate controlled facility for a new window install. I drove in on Monday for the install appt, and waited about an hour for it to get done. Coffee and wifi were ready for me. The service I got, for the price I paid was incredible. If I ever have glass trouble again (which I hope not to), these guys will be my first call.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All Auto glass took extra care and even added some parts that insurance would not cover. I had a ford explorer where there was 50/50 chance that the rear spoiler on my ford explorer would break and have to be totally replace not covered by insurance. “Been taking my car here for over a decade. I've always felt they've been honest with me about what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. My most recent experience involved having my 17 year old car towed in when the fuel pump died. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle while my car was getting repaired. Chase was great, and kept me updated all along the way. I've also had great experiences with James and Steve in the past as well. When I went to pick up my car, an elderly woman was inquiring about the car wash in the same building. While it's an entirely seperate business from Victory, James offered to walk her over there and help her get set up with the car wash/detailing folks. He totally didn't need to do that, but he did because these folks at Victory are good people. This is why my husband and I keep coming back... everyone is kind, honest, dependable, and goes above and beyond.”

“Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. “A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!”

Rusted through spots, broken parts, and needed repairs badly.I drove back up there in a heat and confronted them, expecting a difficult time.The owner met me, inspected the vehicle, apologized and explained, and guaranteed that he would make it right. And he did.They kept my vehicle for 3 days and fully combed through everything. Repairs were free, and it was in good shape when I got it back from them.My first instinct was to rate them poorly for having this issue in the first place. But I could tell that these are honest folks who are doing their best, especially if you point out a mistake. And that earns my business every time.”

“This place is awesome! Very reasonably priced and great customer service. They even cut a new piece of glass for me at no charge after the first one cracked at some point in the car (in the frame). They are willing to do small jobs for you while you wait and are great to work with. I recommend calling ahead since their job takes them offsite frequently during the day. For one of my orders, I dropped it off one afternoon and it was ready the next morning. Will definitely continue to use them!”
