I was able to get my truck in to be looked at in a very timely fashion (I would have been able to get it in faster if I wasn't out of town!) and being able to arrange for a loaner vehicle was incredible. Even better than this though, they were thorough - found the issue and provided me with recommendations of services I'll need before we hit winter - and the prices were much more reasonable than I was expecting. Overall, I cannot recommend the North Country Tire & Service team enough!”
“My go-to car mechanic for everything! My car broke down and I first had to tow it to another place first, they claimed they found the issue and it broke down again 3 days later no fix. I brought it to Murphy's and they let me have a loaner car the night before the appointment and had it fixed in a couple hours the next day for a great price. No problems ever since. I truly trust what they do and charge... and it's very hard for me to trust anyone else.”
“Great service. I had many repairs done at Turbo Tim for my truck. This time I asked for an inspection only. The report was texted to me including photos and very detailed information on what needs immediate repair and what can be done later. A paid Lyft ride would have been paid by Turbo Tim as well. I highly recommend TurbovTim. Hou will be in good hands!”
“This place was fantastic. We were leaving town to head home to St. Louis and had a tire issue at 4:00PM. I couldn't even get another shop to answer the phone. They picked up, got me right in and we were on the road in an hour. Fantastic service that saved us from being on the side of the road later in the night. If you live in the area I would highly recommend them!”

I know they will shoot me straight and give me options when available, and they won’t let me drive away in a dangerous vehicle (but they will let me make less consequential bad decisions lol). I recently heard that since there is new management/ownership this is no longer being honored and I am saddened to hear that.There are four schools within a mile of this location! “I've gone to Brausen for years with the three vehicles now. I have always been impressed with their quality of work, friendliness, and honesty. I recently bought a new (used) vehicle and they took the time outside of the inspection (which was very thorough) to help me understand what to look for and how to make sure I was getting a good deal. They greet me by name when I call or walk in and make the whole experience feel welcoming and pleasant. “I recommend this shop every time someone tells me about a car issue. They are the only shop I’ve found that doesn’t assume, and they speak to me in ways I understand without being the least bit demeaning. I have never felt taken advantage of at this shop. Last time I came in they listened to my issue and took a look and recommended me to a shop down the street they thought could do the job in less time and less cost and they were correct. They even went as far as calling the other shop to let them know I was heading their way so they could get me back on the road quickly (and they did, within an hour). “The guys that work here are very honest and trustworthy. Even though we had bad luck with my mom's vehicle after spending $1,800 on it. They found out a few months later that her back shocks we're about to go through the frame they were honest about it and told us that we shouldn't put no money into it. They were very upset at the fact that they didn't do a overall inspection the first time before we spent the 1800.00. even though my mom was out money she appreciates them for being honest with us and you will always have us as loyal customers. They didn't charge us for the inspection which was delightful. Justin and John and I believe the other guy's name is Jake you guys are awesome”
