The moving crew called when on their way to my house. They picked up my piano and delivered it to the new house in a very timely manner. They were also very professional.

Really unpleasant experience. Movers called with only five minutes notice, entered home without knocking, barely said anything. I asked them to give me a few minutes to put the cats up (I had put them up before they arrived but they got out somehow). They didn’t wait and I walked back less than a minute later to find the door to the house propped open. I spent the next 30 minutes after they left looking for my cat outside because they couldn’t wait for 3 minutes while I put him in my room. While I’m still looking for my cat one of the movers walks back into the house, asks for payment, and then leaves.
I’m rating 2 stars because they did move the item and didn’t damage anything in doing so. Im not giving more stars because they lacked the common decency to give more notice, knock before entering my home, or wait a few minutes for me to get the cat put away. On top of this they seemed totally apathetic to the fact they might have let the cat out. Thankfully I found the little guy but there was the potential for a much worse scenario. In the future I will hire a company that has the patience to work with a family.

We have used Manny's Piano Movers on quite a few occasions and don't trust anyone else to move our Baby (Grand) !!
We used them yet again. First when we needed it moved for new Carpet, and again when we wanted it on a different floor. (Thank goodness for Walkout basements!)
Those guys are the greatest!

Manny's did an excellent job for us. They picked up a piano from an old farmhouse for us, delivered it to a restoration company, and then delivered from there to our house. The works were professional and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. They were a wonderful company to work with!!

The movers did a nice job of keeping the piano in good shape as it moved. I was disappointed that they did not deliver within the time frame promised and didn't take steps to let me know they were running behind. I had to call into the office twice to ask them to contact the delivery team. The company can do a better job of managing expectations for folks so they aren't sitting all day waiting.

Tom and AJ were amazing. So professional and took maybe 1/2 hour to move my grand piano down 2 flights of stairs and out the door. I’m in awe. Definitely recommend Manny’s!

Great guys, we had to move a nearly 800 lb. Concrete bathtub into the house and eventually the master bathroom. The 4 guys I worked with were great. Andy, Tom, AJ and another fella worked quickly, smartly and patiently. We dropped the tub in place carefully and precisely. The guys were great I can’t say enough, not a scratch on anything.
