Clean and all clothes are organized by color and size. Great prices, selection and quality. So ive met/seen 6 staff members since going to this location and I will say it's a split on service. 3 of the employees were short when I asked them questions (not that im asking for FLO type service so its fine but dont look like you hate your job even tho most people do) and sort of blah sorting clothes behind the register, the other 3 were knowledgeable, hit all the sales points and 1 was even singing down the aisle and that made me feel happy.Otherwise, The only negative thing I have to say is the teething rings at the front door were very dusty, wiping them down and packaging them would help them sell and straightening up the toy area. It just looks visually chaotic with everything thrown up there. Also, shame on anyone who gives them 1 star over the bag ordeal. I saw it on the website, I always CALL ahead if I'm unsure and simply to inquire. Also, Don't smoke around your kids, their stuff or leave it in a garage or smoke in your house and think they are still going to take your belongings. That's just bad parenting and 2 you have a phone to leave a bad review but can't put in 30 seconds of legwork to do research by calling or looking them up.If anything changes I'll update my review.

Won’t accept any items to sell that are in a paper or plastic bag!!!! Seller beware before you drag yourself and your baby all the way there. The Anoka location allows you sell items in a plastic or paper bag no problem! Go there ?

This place absolutely sucks every time I come here it’s a different problem. They are constantly changing up rules with how you can sell your maternity clothes and/or baby clothes, then when you finally do get the chance to like sell something, they want to cut you out of your money and give you like three dollars for brand new baby toy or a brand new set of clothes don’t even waste your time coming here they are lazy and don’t want to do their job.

Customer service is amazing here. They have amazing deals, especially if you're part of their rewards program. The store is always neatly organized. 10/10 would recommend going to this location.

couple times I’ve gone to this location now. I love how neat everything is in the store compared to others. Sold for the first time and expected each item would be about a dollar or less. Came out with more than I thought! Quick process I even did some shopping.

As a first time customer. The staff is always greeting everyone coming in. Bubbly and colorful personalities. Very organized store. I was able to quickly find items I was searching for. I wish the location was in a better spot, I haven’t sold anything before but I asked and even read their policies which makes sense so I’m surprised by the bad reviews. People should just read or simply ask the staff is very generous with their patience.

Don't bother to waste your time. I had Nike and Under Armour clothes. Some of which was purchased in the last year. One shirt still had the tag on it. I literally had just gone through my daughter's closet that afternoon and put the items in a bag that I had gotten from the store yesterday. They refused to even look at the clothes. I drove 22 minutes out of my way to get to the store. I wasted my gas money and my time. Don't bother!

This is my favorite location to shop. It’s much more organized than Andover and Maple Grove, and they seem to have more clothes out. I’m surprised to see the bad reviews, but those are mostly related to selling. I’ve never had a problem with selling there either, but I’ve always brought my stuff in bins.

If you have time to dig you can find good high quality name brand items. Have had great luck with winter gear too. The toys are all packaged in bags with netting which likely keeps them cleaner but it’s so hard to see the selection/offerings. I feel the toy area is lacking but overall pleased. Dropping off takes maybe 30-45 min and I usually leave with over $50 from a tote!

I had bought a few items from a different Location & asked whether I could do an equal exchange, since I didn't have the receipt, but the tags were all on. The lady went through the items and than said... "We cant do it because we are much cheaper than other locations"..I don't shop at this location, so I figured why not, will look around and see what they have. The clothes here, are so raggedy. Prices are much higher than other locations. Go check out Roseville, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, and you probably will never think of coming here again.

Went there for the first time today. I am a mom of two small children. This is my first time trying to sell. I called the night before to ask about selling and was told tonight is too busy and to come tomorrow. I just came and was told no bags so I took the clothes out of the bag and was rudely turned away. Awful customer service and the lady acted like I was scum just for trying go sell my daughter's clothes. I will mention like many others that you should have a sign on the door and also be kinder to potential customers. A course on customer service is also needed. I will not be back! As someone who works in customer service I am apalled!

My husband and I have purchased items before at Once Upon a Child but have never sold any of our children's clothes or toys there before. I called ahead last night and was told they were accepting items for sale but were very busy tonight so come tomorrow. I just went there and asked the lady there again before I brought the items in if they were accepting things. She told me yes but not in a bag. I had a bag so instead took the clothes out and brought them in. She then told me no she can't accept them unless they are in a tote or box. Well since this is my first time selling I didn't know that. She turned me away and was very rude. She didn't even offer to make an exception, tell me nicely to come back before 8pm and they would help, or even wish me a nice day. I highly recommend no one to go to this location and they need to take a class on customer service skills. With a 2.4 star review already I should have thought twice about going here. I am so disappointed and won't be back!!

Listen if you guys don't take clothes or toys in bags. Then maybe you should all put a big fat sign that states that. Instead I get, ohhhh.... We are a private own so some require tots and some require bags. Listen parents I have never felt so much disrespect. I will continue to go to maple Grove location since I've never had any issues with them, and at least they're respectful enough to put a sign that communicates otherwise.
