I’m extremely disappointed with the continued lack of communication and accountability from Perfect 10 Auto. I called today (May 21, 2025) and spoke with Kevin regarding when to bring my vehicle in. He told me he would call back within an hour after speaking with the car tech. It’s now been several hours, and I have not received any response.
This is not the first time I’ve tried to reach out. I’ve sent emails on May 8th, May 12th, and May 20th with no replies. I’ve also made multiple phone calls — on January 23rd, February 5th, May 15th, and again today, May 21st — trying to get help.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that developed mechanical issues shortly after the sale. Since then, I've gotten nothing but the runaround. Despite my repeated efforts, I still don’t have a clear answer or resolution. At this point, the lack of follow-through, professionalism, and basic customer service is completely unacceptable.
Instead of taking responsibility or honoring the warranty, they waited until I left honest reviews online—and then used those reviews as an excuse to deny any further help. Their public response was not only misleading but also confirmed they never had any real intention of assisting with repairs.
As a customer, I have every right to share my experience on any platform. This isn’t harassment—it’s about accountability and warning others about how poorly I was treated after the sale.
If you’re considering doing business with Perfect 10 Auto, I encourage you to read the reviews carefully and proceed with caution.

*My first review of Perfect 10 Auto*
I purchased a vehicle from Perfect 10 Auto on 1/17/25. The owner and office staff were friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle and provided a Carfax report, which I appreciated. I also used a FIXD diagnostic tool during the test drive. and only one code came up. I negotiated the price based on that code and had the issue repaired shortly after purchase.
However, just a couple of months later, the car began to run rough. The check engine light started blinking, a loud whistling noise appeared when starting the car, and white smoke started coming from the tailpipes. Although I understand this was a used vehicle, I expected it to last more than a few months without major issues. Now, it’s going to be expensive just to get it running reliably again.
After the purchase, I had to reach out to the dealership myself to get the license plates. I also tried contacting them about a possible warranty repair and to ask about the vehicle title. Unfortunately, I never received a response to any of my inquiries, and as of today, I still haven’t received the title.
With a name like Perfect 10 Auto, I expected a better experience and a more reliable vehicle. While the customer service was pleasant up front, the lack of follow-through and post-sale support has been disappointing. I encourage others to do their due diligence and get a full independent inspection before purchasing.

Perfect 10 out of spring lake, was very professional and courteous to me as a buyer, and I was influenced by their professionalism, and the 2018 Dodge ram that I purchased, I love the auto dealership.

Both Kevin and Keith are fantastic to work with. They are transparent about the vehicles on their lot, their service history and their drive ability. I just left their lot with a Lexus SUV and I couldn’t be happier! The car buying experience can be painful but not with these guys. There is a reason they have been doing this as log as they have. Highly recommend going to see them when you need your next vehicle, not to mention their selection is phenomenal. Thank you Kevin and Keith for working with me on my purchase.
