Sara was amazing on the phone. Very knowledgeable and professional. She was not here when I came in to pay and complete contract but she had J in formed and J was as wonderful as Sara was. Clean and bright and very impressive surroundings.

Don’t waste your time. No staff available to help. Trying to cancel our storage unit and we’ve gone there twice and both times no one there to help. Would not recommend.

Michelle was the woman who was working when I accidentally booked the wrong unit, she helped me switch to the correct unit Very easy. If it wasn't for her I probably would have ended up is wasting a majority of my morning.

Disappointing right of the bat. First visit to go look at unit, first gate would not take my gate code. No one in the office to talk to. Had to go back the next day after down loading the app several times. It worked. Unit size (especially for a small unit) was not as advertised. It was supposed to be 5 X 10 (60 x 120). It is actually 56 X 113. Those few inches make a huge difference when you need them! I am stuck with it-so I'll have to rethink my storage items.
