“Great experience with EZ Storage Roseville. I received a welcoming call from Marnie the morning of my move, and upon arrival Marnie was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. She walked me to my unit, showed me how to use the lock, and helped us find the closest entrance for the movers. It made the move much easier and stress free. Highly recommend.”

It is always clean, staff go above and beyond today I had questions regarding my storage room etc and D & Matthew assisted with opening arms, patience and respect, plus big smiles! “After being frustrated with my storage rate going up over the year that I’ve had it from $70-$152. I simply called to ask how much notice I had to give if I was going to move out of my unit and possibly to another storage facility…
Jeanette (sp??) Went above and beyond when I only called to just ask that one question and hang up. Jeanette not only answered my questions but she was able to help me get a new storage unit for $67; the same size and at the same location. All I had to do was switch from the unit I was currently in to another one.
She could’ve just answered my question and hung up, but she took the time to understand what was going on and what was important to me/my needs. She even let me take a day or two to think about it but put notes in on my account if I decided to go with her suggestions (which I did).
Let me tell you, she was SO helpful and went above and beyond that she actually made me more upset with how poor of customer service I received later in the week from a bank I was dealing with. As I left Wells Fargo I was thinking, “They need Jeanette here because she’s helpful and cares and these women are the complete opposite!!!!”
She even went above and beyond at showing me the new storage unit during a downpour.
I know I am a customer who has only had a couple interactions with her, but I will be a reference for this woman because she knows customer service. Any company would be lucky to have her working for them. Public storage, you better give her a raise. Or let her run a property. Because she’s a good one, and you are lucky to have her.”

Chris at the Golden Valley office took the initiative to reach out to me proactively—before I even contacted anyone—and made sure I understood the situation and had the support I needed.
He then worked quickly to troubleshoot options that best fit my specific needs and resolved the issue almost immediately. I can honestly say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time—anywhere.
