Customers appreciate the professional and pleasant communication, especially when contacted by friendly staff members. However, assistance may be limited if products are purchased from third parties, as the business primarily supports direct customers.
I went in looking for a shower chair for my 95 year old father today, they were very helpful in showing me all the different chairs available and allowed me time to contemplate which one would suit his needs. In the past 3 years, I have found aids to assist in my husband’s recovery from three surgeries here too!
