“Knowledgeable staff, almost concierge style service. Varied selection of consumables, presented in a clean and accessable manner. The locally sourced art is appealing and dynamic, also available for purchase (select pieces). The air is clean, the lighting adequate and the floor remains mostly clear of obstructions or debris. Enjoyable interactions and purchasing history, even if inventory is limited and high volume customer traffic limits interaction times. This location is conveniently located, even if parking is not.”
“Super nice place. Everyone I've interacted with there has been super friendly, their stock is varied, and they always have what I'm looking for. Its my number one place to go for my tobacco needs.”
“What can't you say about the owner and his staff, just genuinely good people and have the biggest selection of merchandise at phenomenal prices and good clearance deals as well.. talk to Rod, he might even be willing to hangle a bit on price Good old fashioned Minnesota style!!!! He he...”
“Sam at the location in New Brighton on county road e is always friendly and really knows his way around customer service. Always a good experience, I go here religiously for my vape needs.”
“The guys here are very cool. I like the vibes when I walk in the store. They hook it up with a complimentary sodapop if your purchase is more than like $10. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“Big selection, bought out the rest of the vape juice loon unfortunately decided to discontinue. This place still had it in stock. They were helpful and informative and the prices were competitive without a doubt”
“Great people and a nice selection. Some of the best tobacco/nicotine prices around, and far enough from Minneapolis/St Paul to not get hit with their extra taxes.”
“Well I smoke crown cigarettes
They don't have them they don't sell them and suggested I go down to smoke shop on 45th.
So I had to buy a brand I didn't really like not too happy about it about going there for 5 years+This is how They run their piece of shit business. They quit selling crown cigarettes.”
“This is the best damn vape shop I have ever been -- and it is mostly because of the staff. They are so incredibly helpful and I never felt judged if I have a question. My husband, who doesn't vape but picks up my Coastal Cloud Menthol juice, also finds the guys really great to interact with! This blue-haired social worker wants to thank them for being so awesome. I know that when I am ready to try the gummies they carry, that they won't steer me wrong!”
“Swing in for a pack of cigarettes. They were out of the kind I wanted but I was only getting that brand cuz it was cheaper. But here it was less than 80¢ difference. So I got the brand name cigs. The security guard was very polite and opened the door for me and the counter dude was also very helpful. I e never stopped in here before but if I lived closer it would be my go to place. the cost was less than I usually pay. But the customer service was on point and I appreciate it!”

“This was my first visit to a CBD store and It was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for a CBD cream to help with chronic neck pain. The two ladies gave me some great suggestions and were very informative.”
“The staff was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me with looking at their different products. The only downside to this store is it's a small store with very limited products and selections compared to other smoke shops.”
“Love! This! Store! They have my favorite game, called “guess how much blunts cost!” where it can run you a crisp Lincoln (thats $5) , or you just might get lucky and pay only 3. Vastly Inconsistent. Inconvenient. Inconsiderate. you hate to see it ?p.s the sodas are warm don’t waste your money?”
“Always really nice to me. Today he let me exchange a disposable because it didn’t work out of the box. I did have my receipt. He checked it out and couldn’t get it to work either. Recommended testing them in the store next time just so it doesn’t happen again.”
“Awesome smoke shop with AMAZING disposable vape selection, including disposable hookah vapes. Entire separate room with huge bong selection. Tons of glass, torches, grinders, lighters and bowls/onies. Definitely the BEST BEST BEST selection of Clipper lighters I have ever seen in a store!!! Prices are fair and not overly expensive. Amit was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!”

“Local tobacco chain with robust offerings and knowledgeable staff that tend to care much more than your average headshop employee. I have talked at length with a handful of them - mostly about products, occasionally related topics that come up or just things we are both passionate about or interested in - and they generally seem happy to answer questions and appear to enjoy working here, and are always kind. Overall this place feels great to shop in.”
“Great little convenient market. The guys who run the store work hard and always have a cheerful demeanor. Very conveniently located downtown and always have what you need.”
“The people that work there are nice and friendly 😊😊 The first half of this post was from a different day after the smiley faces is the second post went in to Infinity smoke today and was looking around after I bought $100 worth of cigarettes and I was looking at the gummy selection cuz someone told me that they have a good selection of gummies there and the guy got mad and told me to buy something or leave all rude. Like I don't know if it was cuz he was in a bad mood or what. I just thought that was kind of rude”
“I am a huge fan of the fair prices here at this Tobacco store. I live in St Paul, but work in Lino Lakes... one day I needed tobacco, it was only a few blocks off 35W(pretty much on my way to the freeway) so I stopped, and am I so glad I did.... To give this a little context, I buy a small bag of The Good Stuff rolling tobacco every few weeks and have been doing so for a good many years. The entire time, one small bag has ranged from $9.99 to $11.99 (the latter price usually at some swanky type smoke shop downtown let's say) but generally a bag of tobacco cost me $10... until early 2023 when everything shot up in price! Now a bag of the exact thing cost on average $15!! And that includes the small regular person tobacco shops i usually frequent, located in St Paul. I was bummed but wrote it off as inflation, UNTIL I recently stop at this tobacco shop in Lino Lakes, by my work... and what do I find but a perfectly Good Stuff bag of tobacco for $9.99!! I am once again a happy camper PLUS one of those long winded Google Maps comintator. Lol!! 5 starts to you Lino Lakes Tobacco for continuing to keep your prices reasonable regardless of what everyone else is doing. THNK U!”
