“Outdoor table-server nicely set up the shade umbrella for us. Somewhat of a long wait for our food (even though restaurant wasnt busy). Thai salad a bit disappointing. Could use stronger peanut sauce and more crunchy veggies. Good server.”

“Nothing to share in particular as far as my customer service experience at this location. But so far the people are helpful and nice. I have my account with them since 2018. I don’t like Wells Fargo because they ripped me off with extra fees they charged and took some more money from my account. US bank is ok... tcf stayed away from them because of what many different people had said about that bank but so far I love this bank I don’t get fees because of direct deposit and overall i personally rather have this bank over any other bank.”

“The experience I had was horrible, but the clean up the US bank crew did really was impressive. Thank you to Alex in Ohio for being a total BOSS and not only taking care of my issue but for listening to me talk, understanding my side and making me feel better again! He was able to take care of my fees and more than that, solve other problems that I had decided were unsolvable. I haven't used my bank card in years and he helped explain how I could and not incur charges. Some outside the box thinking. And this wasn't even my issue. He just truly cared! One of the few places I have come across that has always been honest and fair... not to mention that they have always beat any other quotes that I have received from other places. “We needed to do a wire transfer and were unfamiliar with the process. After being turned away my the Maple Grove location, we went to this location and Kiara instantly stepped up and helped us out. She was very friendly and made the process feel easy. We really needed the transfer to go out the same day and Kiara made sure the transfer received the approvals it needed to go out. When we were on our way home, Kiara even called us to confirm the transaction went through, further easing our concerns. We are grateful for Kiara's level of service and saved us from leaving Huntington (given the poor experience we had at Maple Grove).”

“I couldn't find posted information anywhere, but after asking the bank staff, the two ATMs in their lobby can accept cash bill or check deposits. Importantly, the ATM on the left can dispense up to $50 bills while the one on the right can dispense up to $100 bills. No drive-through banking option-the drive-through behind the bank is for the coffee shop next door. The branch is in a busy but newer redevelopment section on the outskirts of the mall parking lot, and the bank's parking spaces can be limited and hard to navigate because of the busy coffee shop drive-through. The bank has very competitive banking products.”
