  just now NEW The teller rushed me off because they ended up having a long line behind me. If that's the case, why not have others come help. Some were just sitting there doing nothing. I had to re-count the cash myself out by the table toward the entrance/exit doors. What kind of customer service is this?

  I needed a document notarized, the banker that I spoke to was very qualified and knew exactly which hoops had to be jumped through! It may have taken ME two tries but HE accomplished it. I can't recommend this bank more highly. (the only reason I didn't give it five stars is it a popular spot and you have to wait a while.). I had no idea you could make an appointment with a banker, I have and I will see him in a couple of days, I may have to update my star rating after the appointment...
