I used to love this store! Loved it! I don't know what's going on behind the scenes but in the past 6 months this store has lost my loyalty. It's no longer a pleasure to grocery shop here. I started going to the Arden Hills Cub and the Roseville Cub; what a difference! Clean, quiet, with a great inventory

This location used to be the better one in the area but not anymore. Every box of berries I looked at was moldy. There store was dirty. There was hardly anyone working, I never saw anyone working at customer service or self check out. Plus multiple people were in there with dogs riding in the cart which is unsanitary and against the law.

I love this location. I always come after work. But I get off work at midnight, so I come shopping at 12:30 and the store just changed it's hours to close at midnight. Very disappointed.

Never more than one or two cashier lines open even with 9-10 people in line. Self serve doesn’t work without help saw two instances of that while I was in line.

This review is about a specific department and person that helped me. I needed help planning a luncheon for about 150 people at a charity golf tournament. Connor stepped up and made it very easy to come up with a game plan. THEN, the tournament was delayed because of heavy rains, and he accommodated accordingly.
Very professional. Very accurate. That’s all anyone asks for, but it doesn’t always happen. Thanks again, Connor!!

Came here last night with my boyfriend for some late night snacks and went to the self check out. Something must’ve been wrong last night with the systems or maybe it was a security feature idk, but all the lanes needed the cashiers approval and assistance, she was the only person. We waited to be assisted as she was helping many other people (it’s wrong to have only one worker handling the front) and someone approached her and she went to a lane to help them. My boyfriend and I were already waiting for some time so I just walked over to ask would she be able to help us right after she got done helping the 2 men (who came after us) and to my surprise she blatantly ignored me! My approach was very nice as I understand how it can be working at a cub foods since I’ve worked there before and dealing with upset customers, but in no way was I hostile. Her ignoring was very, very disrespectful and I felt disrespected. You do not treat people bad just because you’re having a bad night, especially people who approach you nicely. The store needs more staff at night and the employee needs attitude coaching.

This place is so dysfunctional. Walk in on a Sunday to do the weekly grocery shopping and there's not a single cart at the entrance. The experience doesn't go up much from there.
There are good Cubs and bad Cubs. The Quarry is a good Cub. This one is a terrible Cub.

As a 15+ union grocer myself I can’t say enough how disappointed I am in this store. Strolling through dairy the clerk is screaming that the milk is empty even though “he just filled it 30 minutes ago” go through the meat department and multiple items are mislabeled from beef and even seafood. Wow this store needs some better training

I like Cub. If you catch a sale they beat the competition. They also have a great produce section. Much longer hours (some are still 24 hour) than most grocery and big box stores.

Great staff, just don't allow them to work. 2pm on Wednesday self checkout lines backed up halfway thru the store. 3 staffed checkout open and 6-10 employees standing around watching. I assume this is a management issue.
