Watched a man fall down at the pumps because employees did not shovel or salt the parking lot. Don’t recommend coming here this winter unless they get it together

Probably the worst Holiday gas station on the entire planet. Chip readers never work. Cub discount cards don't work. Absolutely horrible

This morning I go into this holiday, to get coffee, and what I walked into was a huge mess additionally there was another person that also complained, especially when we noticed an older lady, yelling out asking did we wanna complain about 2nd. Shift. Basically saying that it wasn’t her job to clean up there mess, meanwhile Casey comes to our aide and starts to stock more cream lids and etc. I was appalled by this lady’s awful customer service and attitude. I had also asked, if it was ok to neglect her job by not doing what needed to be done. More than likely, I’ll avoid this Holiday gas station, all together

I have a small car, Everytime the gas prices drop, it has no effect on my gas hand. I just filled up on $20 at the gas being $3.19 I used my Cub card today 9/7/2024. Gas went to $2.89. It barely went over half a tank. Make it make sense. I've had my car for 6 years only going to Holiday. Now I'll be better off going to HyVee. This is happening too often at Holiday. STOP taking advantage of a Senior Community. ?

Using Cub rewards is tricky; and I don't think it should be. If you contractually agreed to honor the program, it should be easier to do.

The phone number is out of service. I tried to get propane last week, but they were out and didn't expect any until this week. I'd like to ask if they have some before making the drive, but the phone number is not working.

The holiday gas station in St Anthony needs to get it together, the coffee machines in the morning constantly needs filter changing at least 30 times in the last 6 months they have not worked until employee changes the coffee filter .Last week there was no gas every pump was down completely out of gas main tanks were empty and a lot of the time some pumps are out of service, no gas to them. Also the car wash is not working a lot of the time, and the car vacuum does not work a lot of the time too many malfunctions. It seems to be a management problem, whatever the case, it needs to get better and the manager and the employees need to start doing their jobs better.

I like to go to that gas station it’s close to my houseIt’s very convenient, clean and the staff friendly except since they hired an employee called Devyn I believe a young fella I stopped going there.A couple of neighbors also were not happy about his service at all.He is very rude the last time I was there for gas and a car wash he charged for the wash not even bothering to tell me it’s closedDefinitely not the kind of employee in our neighbourhood
