Great store. Keeps a good selection of phones in stocks. My wireless needs have changed several times and I always feel the Owner is knowledgeable and has always steered me in a good direction for plans or devices.

The manager David was rude, egotistical, and has the worst customer service! I visited this Metro yesterday just to get help with a defective phone I bought at a Metro PCS in Kansas City Missouri. I called corporate to report the issue asap! Corporate instructed me to visit the closest metro since I'm out of town in Minnesota. I did and got no assistance. Then David tells me I'm taking my frustrations out on him. I did not! I'm never blamed him once for my defective phone. I just wanted to know what options I had..so we argued and I just called corporate while at his store since he insinuated I was lying.I waited outside of his store for almost 30 minutes for an employee to open the doors at 11 am. David's excuse for running late is he has his own life. As oppose to him apologizing for keeping customers waiting outside. Horrible experience!!

We went into this store after going to our closer location store only to see they were closed and no one there to open. The gentleman that was at this location was amazing. Going over details and letting my kiddos watch him put our new phones together and down to letting them pick out phones cases lol ?. I would definitely go back here again. To anyone going to Metro stop by this location and see David. Thank you David!!After this review we ended up going back in due to issues with our phones. Davis called his group I called Metro customer service did all the troubleshooting, got replacement phones and still was having the same issues. Finally thanks to David the Dm and owner we got different replacement phones.Keep in mind it was not David's fault the Dm fault or owner they only sell Metro products. Between these gentleman and my 5 pages of all the calls I made they helped us when Metro would not.From the bottom of my heart thank you so much.

David did a grear job of signing me up.for my new account and porting my number. It took some time amd he was very professional, friendly and knows how to do his job at the top level. One of the best if not the best Metro employees I've had help me. What I liked, and you don't see much of these days, was his assurance if I have any problems to stop in and he will help me. He is an asset to this company and he deserves a big raise! Thank you for all of your help today David!

These people are scam artists I went there to unlock my phone that I've had for a year and he tried to charge me $25 to unlock it and they went down to $10 this is a free service if you have the phone for 180 days or longer I found out how to unlock it by clicking the unlock app on my phone this was could have been a 5 second conversation not a $25 charge

This store is a dump and has been so for years. They never clean up the exterior lot, facade, and the whole property is a significant blight on the neighborhood.

I was in Team Mobile store from 4:35pm 11-12-20 until 6pm today. Young man with no mask on running around the store the whole time bumping into me and within inches 6 times and laughing. 2 employees with 1 customer each kept showing 6 to 9 different upsells never performing a transaction/sale. 50 minutes for 1. other never completed when I left1.5 hours later. 8 people waiting and swearing every word in the book. employees smerking and could care less. 7 minutes for 1 guy to open data card and snap in phone? young man butted infront of me and they allowed it. He just said pay my bill, they showed him 6 to 8 other items with no purchase. Finally got to ask my black friday sale questions for 90 seconds and laughing sales guy (both 60 years old) said oh thanks for your patients hahaha. He said no deals unless u add a line then free phone. I have had TM for years and got 24 emails and ads to go in for senior black friday sale and he just kept saying no, no, nothing available. 6 people still waiting 1.5 hours.

I love T-Mobile but the people in this place have to go. I wish I couldn't even give them a star period, the workers were rude to all the customers including myself. They literally talked crapped about the other customer in front of me very unprofessional. Don't waste your time here. I ain't petty if you don't believe suit yourself and try them.

This guy (an older gentleman) helped my girlfriend get a new phone and was fantastic! I recommend him but I forget his name, honest and excellent customer service. We got exactly what for our wants and needs for a great price without having to change the number.
