Apparently, basic communication or the ability to simply say you don't know the answer. Is not required to work at this establishment. While it shouldn't be expected that they know. All the answers to whatever questions you have about your vehicle. They should at least be able to point in the direction of where you can find it or to be able to simply say they don't know.
Rather than staring off into space, mumbling to themselves or aggressively drumming their fingers onto the countertop.
The whole exchange feels like they're actively wasteing your time and not reaching a resolution to the question.
It also makes you not want to come back in there again and go somewhere else.

Tristan, the nice guy behind the counter today was incredibly helpful and kind to my wife and I as we were dealing a dead key fob. Could not have done it without him, thanks so very much!

This O’reilly store is exemplary. The Manager Tony is so helpful and supportive to local shops and customers, his staff are simply the best. This is the go to store because of the service, keep up the great work.

I purchased a battery today and Gabe, an employee of this specific store took the time to gratefully help me install it. Though there were some issues with the installation he went out of his way to make we got it done.

It's like 6° out (-9° with wind chill) and my windshield wiper broke. I came in for replacement wiper blades and Carlos was really cool and helped me find the correct size of wiper blade and even installed them for me. Thanks Carlos!

I ended up here on accident, made a wrong turn, and did not expect to see anything open at 9:30 on a Monday night. Upon entrance, there were 3 younger employees behind the desk. I asked immediately for them to help me search for spare power steering fluid, since they weren't busy, and the nice young woman helped immediately with a smile. "Yes, for your Honda you need this one." She also made sure to look up my rewards account and punch me in. $8, $10 something after tax. I expressed my delight and thanked them for their speedy service and for being open late! Nothing bad to say, store was pristine and employees had time to spare.

Stopped in this morning with some car system /charging troubles. Tony showed top tier expertise and set me up with what I needed. Less than 12 hours later I have a new alternator installed and car is good to go.Awesome customer service here. Friendly staff but said they couldn't change my headlight bulb for me because they're not supposed to move anything on the car and the washer fluid had to be unbolted... Steve at the Central Ave store did it for me no question! I don't know what the policy really is, but I'll go to Central in the first place from now on.
