“Service was a bit chaotic, we didn't receive plates or silverware to go with our appetizers and had to ask management force the items. Our server came and asked us how dinner was and we had not even gotten it yet. Normally service is very great , not sure I would suggest this location for a holiday event. ”

“Bank Cherokee is doing just fine they're not falling apart you don't have to wait forever for them to answer the phones if you're concerned about a wait time then call when they first open in the morning rather than waiting during a busy time, they closed the lobby on Grand Ave because of sketchy activities that have been taken place in that area now”

Today I went in to do an international business wire transfer and Tran helped me. She got the job done with excellence. Thank you so much for always delivering excellent customer service at this location. Other locations have told me they are too busy and I need an appointment…but not USBANK in Byerlies Roseville.
