Pulled up to drive thru, sent in my items, 2 personal checks to be deposited to same account. 14 minutes later I was acknowledged, but only after I pressed the call teller button. Guy came on and said thanks for your patience, I was beyond patient. He asks what looking to do, I said deposit all into checking. He said ok, we will have that really soon for you. 7 more minutes later, a new female comes on and asks me again, what im looking to do. Had to repeat to her, deposit all in checking. 25 minute drive visit to deposit 2 personal checks is ridiculous. The staffing at this place is, if you go in, you wait a long time, will never do drive again. They have nice customer service,.

Had previously cashed very old savings bonds at a US Bank in Wisconsin 6 hours away and was told I could cash them at any US Bank. Went to this branch and was told they could not cash the bonds because there was no routing number on them. I explained that I've cashed 3-4 batches of bonds that were older with no problem at the other US Bank. Asked the manager if she could possibly call that Branch but she refused. I called the branch myself once I left and was told there is a special routing number for savings bonds that do not have one. I feel I received very poor customer service.

I was 5 minutes away from this location and I called to ask about the coin machine if it was in service, no answer whatsoever. When I arrived all of the employees were on their phone. There was no machine unfortunately, then I told them if they had answered I would’ve found out instead of having to get out my car in the rain. Their response was “we were busy” when I was only 5 minutes away, they usually take a lot longer with customers and there was no sign of any customers there to begin with.

ATM would not accept a cash deposit. Was not highlighted to select. Crazy.
Not a big deal just went to a different branch next day.

I go out of my way to go to this branch. Whether it be over the phone or in person the staff here has been incredibly helpful. Where as other banks I can’t get them to answer the phone the staff here is attentive and polite and meet every need that I have when seeking their help. Best branch ever!

Needed to have some very specific paperwork filled out to send to the VA. The girl at the counter wouldn't even read the paperwork - said they do not fill out anyone's paperwork. I asked for the manager because the paperwork is a VA requirement to ensure my dad gets his monthly benefits. The manager, Jenna, also wouldn't look at the paperwork and said the same thing, that they do not fill out anyone's forms, even the government's forms. I spoke to the VA's federal fiduciary field investigator who works with the same kind of cases all over the midwest and they have never had an issue like this with other US Bank accounts so they advised me to visit another branch. When I was helped today at a different branch, they informed me that Jenna and her staff were misinformed and need retraining because US Bank fills out these forms all the time. Stay away from this branch unless you don't need anything but a bunch of attitude.

Don’t bother going to the bank any time after 4:40pm because the receptionist will refuse to let you see the AVAILABLE banker for something that takes less than 5 minutes because they “close soon.” My husband works until 4:30pm every day and we were told that even if we make an appointment for right after work it won’t be possible to help us. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This is the worst level of service at a bank I've ever experienced. Understaffed ,don't pay attention to drive up window, etc. I'm definitely transfering to a different banking institution. **David is the only who cares about customers and care about his job!

What happened to this bank? Where are all of the tellers and employees? This has happened 3 times now where there is such a long wait to just do basic banking like depositing a check. Today, the two tellers were each stuck with their customers for well over 20 minutes. While everyone in line just had to wait. They were ignoring the drive thru, too. There is not a manager around. The "other bankers" sit at their desk and ignore the line of people who were exasperated. I finally walked out without getting my banking done. I have been with US Bank for over 30 years and this is very disappointing.
