Only one person working can't be in multiple places at once. For online orders I recommend just helping yourself.

I was scared when I see the reviews when I try to get my prescription here, but actually it turned out pretty good for me so far. I have been there twice and they have my prescription ready, no waiting and staff are very helpful.
