I visited this branch for a deposit at 4:25 PM and wanted to open a savings account for my son. Although the branch closes at 5 PM, I was advised to return at 9 AM for the new account opening.

Vanessa the the teller messed up my account horrible!! I came in to pay my credit card off and said she put the credit card payment into my checking account! Late payment fee and now my health insurance was denied because my credit card issues with Wells Fargo. 30 some years banking with Wells Fargo I'm ready to pull out of it.

Everytime I go here there is a new restriction on what I'm allowed to do. I manage a business in the shopping center and have been managing money through this branch for the last 2ish years. At first, I was doing deposits at the deposit drop box. Then, the deposit drop box stopped opening for me and I was told I need a key to access it. After my management told me they wouldn't get me a key due to cost, I was told by the branch manager I could just bring deposits to the counter. I have been doing this for the last year or so, normally about once or twice a week. Last week, I was told I'm no longer allowed to do this and I need to use the deposit box and that I don't need the key. The deposit box is broken, and you have to slam on it to get it to open. Opening it and closing it a minimum of 3 times before you can actually put your deposit in.
Now, today, I was told I am not allowed to make basic change at this branch because I am not a customer. I was told I need to have the account number for the business account, which I do not have. The restrictions here are pathetic, and the fact that they keep changing what is allowed, with no consistency is absolutely bizarre.
I will no longer be utilizing this branch's services, which sucks, because other than the girl that was working counter this morning (May 24th 10:30am) everyone in this branch knows me and greets me with joy everytime I walk in.

Very friendly branch. Staff is always very professional and pleasant. My transactions are usually quite complex, but are always handled with ease and great care.

HORRIBLE HOW DOES ONE PERSON TAKES 30 min and only one person working . Poor management. Atleast 10+ people walked off the line after waiting 20 minutes

Lilly and the manager Sema (not sure on the spelling) were extremely helpful and took the initiative to figure out the issues I was having with my different accounts. They definitely took the extra steps and did everything they could to help get everything sorted out between my personal and business accounts. These two ladies made sure everything was sorted out and the problem was resolved. I hold the staff here in high regard for their knowledge, customer service, along with their willingness and eagerness to overcome the challenges that can arise from an individual having multiple types of accounts and loans with Wells Fargo and another establishment.
