I called with questions, because it is the first time I believe I will need help preparing taxes due to issues with a previous year's return. The woman who answered, whom I can only assume is the owner and tax preparation expert, was curt and even laughed at me at one point regarding my concern over my lack of paperwork which is a stressful situation. I obviously won't be going with this business, as I felt after less than 2 minutes of conversation that I would be disregarded, rudely treated and my concerns poorly handled if I became a client.

STAY AWAY! The owner of this business, Barb Jaeger, refuses to pay her uncontested balances due on a standard contract she entered into with me, apparently out of spite. She is also refusing to mail out tax documents her business is required to provide to the tenants of some low-income property she leases. Have to waste my time in small claims after waiting 9 months and counting.
