We are new customers to this place and the second day we hauled a load there, a Saturday, the keypad was dead! We tried all day to get through to someone and finally were able to leave a message.
We assumed it would be fixed Sunday morning, so drove with our load, half an hour again, and the keypad is still dead!!!!
Our daughters need to have all their belongings out of their house by the end of today!! My husband talked to someone in customer service and she said there isn’t a thing they can do until Monday morning! That is absolutely unacceptable!!
He called again and spoke with Bree, who was much more helpful and tried to help, but all she seems to be able to do is after refund. This is ridiculous, that does not solve our issue…..even if we found another storage unit, we couldn’t get our stuff OUT!!!!!!!
Just call an electrician and pay him to go fix it!!!!!!!!!!
Monday, 8 July…Absolutely astounding that we still can get no answers about the gate actually working! Call back at 9:30, that’s all they can say! Customers really do not mean anything to this company!

Overall good experience, as long as you are not late on payments. Fees for being late can become extremely expensive.

Don't store your stuff here. They don't monitor their security, and everyone knows how to get in the gate. My sister had her house worth of stuff broken into and stolen/ destroyed and they did nothing to help. Additionally, they threatened to raise the rent while a police investigation was going on about it. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Office never open in stcloud to make payments,don't leave a message when they be back or in office,don't answer their phone when number is posted to call,not good customer service plus my month after my two free months they charged me a late fee of 25 dollars when no one told me it was due on the last day of the month,n l tried calling the place when it was due n they never told me there was a late fee,ther goes my free month ,oh well next,,

Poor customer service in general. Everytime I called to ask basic questions about move-in, associates wouldn't know or would say I'd have to call another number. After I payed and signed my lease I was given codes for the gate to get into the lot, they didn't work. Next day called to get new codes, those also didn't work. Lost money on my truck rental since i couldn't get into my lot.

Working with Eric has been the easiest ever. Very knowledgeable of not only this company but over all knows Storages like the back of his hand. When a problem came up with a locker combo he was on it immediately. Very hard working n I know working with his new manager I'd be in good hands as well. If u need any storage help call the guys over at SOA, trust me you will be in good hands..

I've had a great experience dealing with storage rentals of America I've been renting a large unit for 1 year and I'm ready to downsize. They are making moving from one unit to the other a great experience very happy

My costumer service experience was excellent. I had a phone call in minutes of emailing SROA of my issues and resolved promptly. The people are were friendly and seemed eager to help.

I have called and emailed for months. No response and nothing has been fixed! Site has continued to go downhill since KO purchased. SROA is just as bad maybe worse. Security issues and snow removal remains worthy of a -⭐️!
