so tis is my opinion. I ave used Upack twice now and they contract out through ABF trucking. Both times have been a nightmare. No communication and you are treated like you dont matter. They dont even have a scheduler, Which is insane, I have worked as a mechanic a driver for trucking companies and this is unheard of. I was supposed to be provided tracking g and email updates and I got none. even after is was delivered to the local center I had to call to verify it was there and to schedule delivery, no phone call or email letting me know it was ready to be delivered ( no communication). Do yourself a favor and just use a different company or move it yourself. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
