I met the store manager, Jade, at crossroads center American eagle. She was very helpful, polite, professional and took care of every question. The service technique was spectacular and exceeded my expectations on the busiest day of the year! I got her full attention, and every other employee assisted me through the rest of my purchase! Amazing team work and REAL environment.

In year’s experience going here there is always a line and not great workers/management. $128 for jeans now! Thought spending $50 a couple years ago was a lot. How can you more than double the price of jeans. Overpriced.
