Second time I have use American Heritage for an investment property both times with Jessica! Wonderful experience. She made the process very smooth and easy and she also introduced me to nee products that I didn’t know were out there. I will continue working with American Heritage and with Jessica for any other real estate investment coming up.
I also forgot to mentions that their closing costs are fair and don’t cost an arm an a leg like many other investment property lenders

I opened an account after hearing good things from local business owners. Over the course of a year, I have called and left voicemails with business bankers there three times, not one has been returned. Maybe I'm getting the lazy guy, but it has not been a good experience.

What is the point of having a 24 hour hotline when no one answers? It's pretty pointless to have unless its going to fix anything!!

My car got broken into and I needed to close an account. I was at the bank early, on veterans day, but they weren't open yet. Someone asked if I needed help, I explained what happened, they found kinsey to help. She came outside to my vehicle in the freezing cold to get me as the doors were still locked. She directed me to Sherri to help close and open accounts, even verified that my debit cards would still work. Multiple people going above and beyond for me. The service was incredible, above all expectations, and greatly appreciated.

I don’t understand why your phone says your not open when your are open, and then sends me to some 24 hour banking line and then I have to wait 27 minutes for no response and eventually give up. Why will you not answer the phone durning hours you’re open? It’s confusing and wastes so much more time

Your bank Sucks. This is the 3rd time now that I have run like crazy to get my paycheck and get to the bank and cash it. Not Happening...Since the lobby is never open one would think you could just go to the drive through. WRONG!!! My employer has an account there but I still cant cash my check because I dont. As far as that goes I will never have an account there Because THEY SUCK!!!@! Now I can GO do MY christmas shopping on my only day off with NO MONEY........THANKS PUKES
