My appointment was for 11 an and got out at 245. How d9es an appointment take that long. One ex use after another. Than when I received my glasses after driving the hour and 10 minutes, the asst manager got the numbers on my glasses wrong. Put them on and couldn't see one thing. They were like let it adjust a little bit. Still couldn't see and to find out they were off by wayyyyyy too much. Horrible experience, will be going elsewhere. My journey started Mar 17. Called the complaint center. Talked to someone and they were supposed to get back to me. 3 weeks later 5 calls later 3 voicemails later still nothing so I called again and refused to leave a voicemail. Asked for supervisor. And to my surprise they said leave her a vkicema8l lol. Told them no I wasn't and I was gonna file a complaint with my state's attorney general. Well finally they took care of a refund for me. That's fine gonna go elsewhere , but I've been without glasses for 3 months trying to square this away. And still without them very unprofessional. So after 4 trips there, over an hr travel there one hr back, so 8 hrs later 75 dollars of gas, and never got the right glasses.

I always go to Americas Best. In the beginning of April 2025 I ordered a new of glasses. When they came in , the lenses were totally wrong. They obviously werenโt checked before sending them to store. Then, when new lenses came in, they were made completely correct. But the right lens had 3 small but deep scratches in it. Then I asked for the paperwork of reimbursement for the insurance company. I couldnโt get it as proof of insurance reimbursement. Your quality control is terrible.
I will say that the store manager โBrandyโ made everything right. The store was in St Cloud Mn.

I was helped by Nugget and Patrick and they were both wonderful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I absolutely recommend this location and will return in the future.

I sat in this place from time to finish just short of three hours very short staffed and their advertisement two pairs of eyeglasses plus exam for $89 is very limited and theyโre not clear on how much all the extra add-ons are. Expecting to pay only $89 plus tax paid over double! When I called on the phone, I knew Iโd be paying extra but the guy told me for what I wanted and was looking for would only be $40 extra. Either way they get you even if you donโt get glasses theyโre still charging you 80 for an eye exam. I only gave it one star just because the staff was very nice. I also missed work because they told me in all should have took a hour of that! I would not recommend this place if you have to pay out of pocket or have a time frame to be else where!

Terrible experience. I checked in for my appointment and tried to provide my health insurance as I know eye exams are covered under that (not my vision insurance) and she just kept telling me they would take my insurance after. I told her that was fine but I wanted to make sure it would be covered before having the exam, and she just kept repeating they would review my insurance after. Of course after the exam they tell me they do not accept health insurance at all, and I had to pay for the visit completely out of pocket. Will never be returning.

First time going to americas best and I was very happy! Patrick and Reggie were super friendly and made it a great experience! At the end of my appointment I found out that my insurance had canceled on me without me knowing and the manager and another woman (didnโt catch her name..) were so helpful, understanding and accommodating! I highly recommend americas best, you will not regret it I promise.

Poor customer service very LOW quality eye glasses frames bend VERY easily lenses keep popping outta my glasses. Cheap flimsy frames poorly made.WAY overpriced for the quality of glasses and customer care you get I would HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere else initially it took over 2 months to even get my glasses (had them shipped) and they sent me the wrong order! Some guy from Illinois work safety glasses! My name and Info on the package opened it and the packing slip is for an address in Illinois and it's some guys work safety glasses! How does that even happen? Either way don't waste your money on bad customer service and cheap flimsy glasses that fall apart! Had appointment in April didn't get my glasses til June and they already are falling apart!!!!

I waited 20 minutes before I got to start my exam. The woman behind the counter had breath that could make a dead skunk pass out. When I went into the exam room the large lady before me left butt sweat on the seat and I had to sit in it. It was a rather disgusting experience.
