First time going and walking in the lady’s behind the counter ignored me and I had to ask them what I needed to do. Once I checked it there was multiple people waiting for exams and everyone had been waiting for over an hour and a half so I decided to cancel because they scheduled multiple exams within 15 minutes of each other with only 1 doctor on zoom. From first impressions not great they could at least let you know that you’ll be spending your whole day to get an exam

The manager at that place, who is a white woman, seems to have issues with people of color. She doesn't have a pure heart, and something seems to bother her whenever she encounters someone different. If you're a person of color, it's best to avoid going there, as she harbors some hate deep within her DNA.

Very unfriendly staff and the manager there looked like she wanted to bite someone’s head off I was kind of weary of asking questions, no one even said hi to me when I walked in. I waited for like a half hour just to find out there was no doctor that could do a contact exam, filled out a bunch of paperwork and everything I’m not sure why they didn’t just tell me that when I checked in, I don’t recommend this place.

My husband and I went there to look for glasses because they accept our insurance. Everyone was friendly and helpful.The manager was terrific! I would give her 5 stars!They worked with us to give the best prices and helped us choose the right glasses, for what we needed.We will definitely be going back!We did not see the optometrist. We already had our prescriptions.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I prepaid for 2 rooms for an employee of mine who needed a place ro stay. I expected him to stay longer. So I went in to get him 2 more nights. He decided to leave and only use the first 2 nights. However the hotel would not refund my money. Now this may be legal. But the document I signed did not have the words non refundable at the top in big black marker when I signed. But when I stopped in this morning it was written at the top.And I was never told that upon booking. So please keep your $156. You obviously needed more than the rest of us who got zero service from you. I would rethink this policy as the attention The community and those that I know will get now. We'll be extremely negative. Will never, ever stay or recommend this place to anyone ever again.

My appointment was for 10:30. When I arrived I checked in and was told I could wait in the chairs. As I sat down someone went into the pre-exam room. After a while they went out and got get husband, which made me think maybe there was an issue with her eyes. I was waiting nearly 45 minutes before the assistant manager went into the room to check on them. About 15 more minutes pass by and she went in again. At this point they all excited the room and I was taken in. The young lady apologized for the wait, but had merely lost track of time. I understand that this happens, however, the exam room is not the place or time for social hour. The employee stated that they were both veterans and they were chatting. I appreciate their service, but appointments were backing up. There were issues with the computers during my pre-exam and everything had to be shut down and restarted. The assistant manager came in, again, to check on things. We finished up and I was taken to the exam room. There were, again, issues with the computers and my pictures uploading to the Dr. Needless to say, I was here for over an hour and a half and I was only there for an exam. This is unacceptable. It is unlikely I will return here for next year's exam.

I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE! Brandy and Tim have to be done of the best workers ever. They are professional and kept me entertained with their wonderful conversations and sense of humor all while getting their job done. They make me want to get a new pair of glasses daily .

I came in to get new glasses. My old glasses broke on me and unrepairable but the Manager took my lenses and found a pair of frames to fit them. She gave them to me free of charge, who does this, these days. I'll tell you who does America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses that's who does and I don't work for them but I just had to toot my horn for them!! Thank you!!!

Awful experience at this location. I made an appointment for 3:50 and arrived early around 3:30. I told the receptionist I was there for the appointment and signed the consent and whatnot; I was told to browse some frames while I waited. A few minutes into browsing, I was approached by an employee who at first was just being friendly and providing customer service- I didn’t mind. However, while trying to browse the men’s frames, he continued to try to bring me to the women’s frames saying they’d look better and fit better. I understand this, but I have always gone with men’s frames because I prefer the way they look on my face. I continued to try to browse but he kept trying to give me his opinion. I don’t mind, but please, let me browse the men’s frames if I want to. It was around 4 o’clock when I asked the receptionist how much longer of a wait it would be on my exam. She acted surprised and said something like “oh wait, you had an appointment?” Yes, the one I checked into almost 40 minutes prior to at that point. She told me she didn’t know and that I might as well reschedule. I asked if I would be having an appointment at all if I waited, and she said she didn’t know. At that point I was extremely frustrated but continued to browse for a little longer. At about 4:10, people really started piling in and I didn’t have a chance to let the receptionist know that I didn’t have time to wait any longer so I just had to walk out. Unfortunately, America’s Best is the cheapest place I have found for those who don’t have vision insurance, so I had to make another appointment. I hope the next one goes better.

Went in for an eye appointment today, absolutely had fun! Staff are extremely nice, especially Kenzie! Kenzie is such an amazing worker and I'm just blown away by her kindness and how professional she was! Definitely coming back! (Even after my glasses arrive)
