Sitting here at a rest area area west of twin falls id my wife is in my rig and has epilepsy and he is sitting here with his extra added led lights on under his sleeper. I went an knocked on his truck he flipped out saying he is trying to fing sleep and I need to leave. He wont turn his lights off to help my wife. Im sorry if that's how truck# 14065 wants to act he needs anger management.

Your truckers need to learn how to drive. Hanging out in the left lane for over 10 Miles on a highway, blocking vehicles, doing 51 miles an hour in a 75 mph zone. If you can't maintain your speed.. Move to the right!

Arrived last night Overnight parking backed into dock open doors slide tandems. Slept overnight checked in 6am he will get me loaded. Very nice friendly staff.

Brokers are not honest and are not well informed. I Drove 250 miles empty to find out the load was hazmat and required hazmat carrier with placards even when I communicated clearly that my company was not a hazmat certified carrier. They just requested hazmat and tanker endorsed driver which I am. Wasted my time, and could not get another load because it happened on a Friday. They paid me $150 for TONU
I guess That will be enough to buy myself pizza and coke over the weekend from the truck stop.

On may 9th 2025 on i80 eb at 84th street about 330 pm there was a significant accident that had all but the outside lane blocked. A driver with your company decided to try to drive on the shoulder to get around traffic. Another driver blocked him from doing that and your driver decided it was a great time to blast his air horn in frustration and continue to blow his horn. Then proceed to flip people off and cuss at them. Very unprofessional for a professional company.

I’ve had mainly good experiences hauling for this company but yesterday changed that. I wound up waiting three hours to get loaded and then I had to wait two hours to get the correct address since the address was incorrect on the paperwork and what they told me. Instead of being helpful and understanding the dispatcher Ben, who asked me to “write a review for their publicity”Decided to argue and say that my downtime and the inconvenience is of no concern to them. For such a big company I’m surprised by the unprofessionalism. Beware ATS does not pay detention fees.

Great place, had to stop to switch out trailers and there was other drivers there, they were all friendly and we all sat around had a cook out and just hung out.

Had one of your drivers at a truck stop and very disrespectful to other drivers trying to back in and had a strap dragging the ground the very rear strap truck 14001 on 3/4/25 apparently need to go back to class on how to do proper inspection on straps and pre trip so that dosnt happen there was 3 of us trying to explain to him he was dragging a strap and he didn't care at all very unacceptable to be a driver

I’m commenting on behalf of truck 80331. This man got out of his semi helped me and my baby with food and gas when we were in need because I spent all of my money and my account was locked. The driver's name is Levon I think, and he is an awesome guy. He smells great, is in good shape, and can hold a good conversation, which makes ATS look excellent. I got a business card from him, and my father owns a Caterpillar facility, so your sales team should be receiving a call. I wanted you to know that this driver is fantastic please take good care of him and thanks for hiring good people like him.

One of the worst branches of brokerage I have worked with in a while, Booked a load with a person called Dallas, it was picking up on Friday and delivering Saturday. Driver picked up a load and arrived on time on Saturday and got decline stating that the receiver is not open and to come back on Monday, I lost the hole weekend without pay the broker didn't want to pay a Sunday layover because as he states its not a working day, even my truck was due to work and make money. his freight was on my truck.
Be careful when you book with these people because they will treat you and your drivers bad. ( Quick update they reached out, and haven't paid... PLEASE watch out when working with them.)
