Horrible in every respect. I've been here for 17 hours so far to unload 5 pallets and was just told it will be at least 2 more hours. I've been told 3 different appointment times by their office staff which makes me think they will change appointments in their computer to avoid detention. All in all I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and pray that I never get sent here again. In my 47 years of driving definitely one of the slowest places I've ever been.

Very well organized operation.
Sometimes it takes longer than expected, but in out case, we get compensated for our time.
Portable toilets for drivers and no amenities.

From check-in to receiving documents, 2 hours. The appointed time was 2:00 PM. Arrived at 12:00 PM. Left at 2:00 PM. A very well-established system of registration, uploading, and receiving documents. Thanks, guys, for a job well done.

I got here at 9:30 am check in at 9:33. At 7:30 pm put in a door. It's now 6:45 am not one pallet on the truck. Nobody answered my call
This place absolutely sucks . 6 trucks all here about the same time as I.

Normally, this place isn’t too bad been here over 48 hours now they claim it’s due to new products coming in and construction inside the building but I called BS considering the fact that other trucks are rolling in and out of here no problem they’ve got my trailer 90% loaded they’re looking for the last two pallets but they can’t tell me where they are whether they’re in the warehouse. They’re on a trailer or they’re in transit on their way here. I can’t get an answer out of nobody the more you ask the more they ignore think twice before coming here.

Had a 9am appointment on Saturday got here just to find out they two days behind never again I will pick up from here I refuse the load because I was told I will get loaded Tuesday 😡😡

I had an appointment and it was still a 24 to 36 wait to be load. People are friend just not in any hurry. Over night parking for about 10-15 trucks. Two truck stops with in walking distance and some restaurants near by. Drive safe. E
