Brad was excellent to work with tonight! We've been going in circles with phone calls and in-person, and he made sure that we resolved our issue tonight. He even stayed past the store hours to make sure that everything was taken care of. We appreciated his time and support!

Their system went down during my husband's transaction. Leaving regular service due to the cost and going to monthly AT&T (cheaper plan), but we still need to fix it. Don't want the 55+ plan, still too much. If not we will go to a competitor. Been with AT&T for most of my phone service.

This guy had no idea what he was doing. Downloaded a Samsung app on my pixel phone and when it didn't work like I said it wouldnt. Tried to tell me, there was nothing that could be done...ended up doing it myself with a suggestion from Geek squad.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T. Went to go switch my plan and spent 3 hours there. Employee was not able to help with anything. She messed up all our phone plans and bill. She did not apply the discounts I qualified for and specifically asked about. Had to go back to a different store twice since to get items on my bill fixed. Their phone and case selection were very limited also.

We are trying to buy a new apple phone. Purchased one Friday. Sales person told us to come in Monday to pick up phone. Said he was working. He wasn’t. Woman in store was rude. Said sales man would call us later that day. He didn’t. Poor customer service.

I am very disappointed with this AT&T store. Because of mistakes they made, I had to come back three different days to fix the same problem. Each time, they didn’t take responsibility or solve the issue properly. It wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this store to anyone — their customer service is terrible and they don’t seem to care about helping their customers.

Wow! Amazing Christine has tolerated me and my old brain questions and issues for 2 days. She is the kindest and most patient person I’ve ever met. I am not technology savvy and she was so willing to answer my questions and have a sense of humor too.

Won’t allow equipment return to store, must mail in. Adjustments to bill take a billing cycle to adjust requiring to pay full amount and wait for a refund.
