Fast and efficient service with the issue I was having. The guy that helped was very friendly, greeted us on immediate arrival and knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it in under 5 mins! Didn’t get the persons name who helped - but 10/10 employee!

I rely on running my business on my cell phone, as many do these days. My phone screen locked up on me and when I went in today to see what options I had there weren't many, but it was the manner in which these employees, who could barely tear their look away from their phones acted. They simply just didn't care. I have been a LONG time ATT customer and pay almost $600 a month on my phone bill and all I wanted was for someone to take a moment and try and help me (mind you the store was EMPTY). If I could drop my account I would but just don't have time to deal with the hassles. Do better ATT, where has customer service gone? VERY FRUSTRATING!

We were greeted quickly after entering the store by employee, Patrick. He listened carefully to our problem, and worked diligently to remedy our concerns. Patrick took his time to ensure everything was set up on our account as we wanted it to be, and were able to access our account on line to see our details to our statement.
