“Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.”

“The two sales associates were absolutely amazing. One was a very nice woman and the other was a younger man that had just started. She showed him how to test an alternator that I had brought in and in the meantime. My truck died because I was having issues with the alternator that I just put in. So the young man offered to give me a jump and all this was about 10-15 minutes before they closed. I will definitely be going back there from now on. As long as those two are still working there. Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to help me and make me feel as though I wasn't an imposition.”

“Had trouble with my remote start and I called them and said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. -10 degrees outside the guy went out there and checked it out. Within seconds he figured it out and fixed it and was on my way. Didn't even charge me cause it was a loose wire. Very friendly staff will deffently be giving them my business!!!!!!”
