“Miller Auto Body is the only auto body shop we trust. We’ve brought cars here multiple times over the years, and the experience is always outstanding. Scheduling is easy, and they’re incredibly flexible — this last time I forgot my original drop off time, and they were so understanding and let me bring our van in later that day.
Their workmanship is phenomenal, and the fact that they warranty their repairs gives us so much peace of mind. Every repair has turned out beautifully, and our vehicles always look great when we pick them up.
One thing that really impressed us this time was the loaner van they provided. Without hesitation or even being asked about a van specifically, they made sure one was available for us — knowing we drive a van but not knowing we have three little ones in car seats! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the van was super nice and made things so easy for our family.
The entire staff is wonderful. Richie and Cassie at the front desk are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful every time we call or stop in. Austin took extra time to walk me through the process of going through the other party’s insurance and explain what to expect, which I appreciated more than he knows.
They also handle everything smoothly with insurance, making the whole experience stress-free for the customer.

“Adam and the team were so great to work with. They got me in right away, and after what I'm sure were a few choice words with my stereo system they came up with a game plan. I also needed a wheel bearing replaced and they were up front and honest about its lifespan, and let me know my brake pads (I was told by another shop they needed to be replaced immediately) had at least another 2 to 3 oil changes before needing to be replaced. Absolutely wonderful people to work with!”

“Honesty and Integrity. The two things I look for in any type of shop or business. Todd is both of these. Over the past 15+ years our family has gone to Auto Performance Center. NOT one single time did we feel pressured into more work than was actually needed. For example I recently had what I believed was a powersteering pump failure (not being a mechanic i was wrong) within the same day Todd was able to determine it was actually a rear valve cover gasket failure. he quoted me to fix the issue. never was pressured for further work since top portion of engine would be exposed. I electively (without pressure) asked him to also do plugs and let me know if anything else needed to be done. His perspective is realistic. An old vehicle like mine has a goal of simply being mechanically sound... NOT perfect and he does a great job fixing it to that point . Would recommend Auto performance to All my family and friends especially for older vehicle work!”

“I called, they remembered me from a previous visit for which they had NOT charge me for. I had to bring my car in for something a MAJOR repair shop try to charge me for. The major repair shop gave me the wrong diagnosis! I had an extended warranty policy and Jim’s did all the follow up work with the warranty company. Unfortunately, my extended coverage did not cover what needed to be done for my vehicle, but I was able to afford what was wrong with it. The receptionist’s Customer service was phenomenal, she never seemed bothered when I called to follow up on my ride, and when I picked up my Vehicle, the whole crew made me feel comfortable about the job they did. I would definitely recommend Jim’s auto at least before you go somewhere else.”
“I recently had repairs ( struts, shocks, ball joint, wheel alignment) completed at Williams Auto and was very impressed with the overall experience. Pricing was fair and transparent throughout the entire process, clearly explaining the needed repairs and associated costs. The work was completed within the timeline provided, and they even offered a courtesy loaner car for the day, which made things much more convenient.
Their communication was professional and straightforward, with absolutely no pressure to purchase unnecessary services — something that’s becoming increasingly rare. It’s clear that the current Google rating accurately reflects the quality and integrity of their work.

“I wish I could give this place 12 stars. My sister and I took a road trip out west and we're passing through St. Cloud when we had a big issue with our vehicle. Cody from Glens Rapid Repair was absolutely spectacular. He was so calm, personable, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help us and make sure we were safe as we were heading another 6 hours North. It was a Friday late afternoon, although he was not personally able to help us fix the issue. He did diagnose it and even called another local shop who was open late and got us connected to be helped. Absolutely 12/10 on the customer service. Would recommend this place to any local or anyone who finds themselves in a bind passing by. We appreciate you very much! And we absolutely loved hanging out with the sweetest shop pup Sven!! “Went in for an oil change. Unfortunately, a technician did not replace the oil dipstick fully, and we ended up with an airflow sensor fault which took some time for us to figure out and clear the check engine light. I am assuming it was the raised oil dipstick that caused the issue as it has not happened again.”

He wasn't just trying to sell me a part.He explained to me what to look for on my compressor so I may be able to fix it.He said I could sell you a capacitor but you don't need one. “I stopped there Thursday at 5:00 when they were closing. They looked at my tires & found a nail in my front tire & asked me to come back Friday morning. I got there 9:15 & they immediately went to work on my tire. I think I was out of there & on my way home within 30 minutes.. I thought the whole experience was really great.
