Batteries Plus ordered a laptop battery for us. A couple days later it was in so we took our laptop in. It took less than an hour for them to install.

This location has fixed at least 5 of my/kids' iphone screens over the last few years and they are as good as it gets! They are affordable, fast, extremely kind and easy to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I bought a battery for my lawn tractor the young man assured me it was fully charged , It's been on the charger 90 minutes still charging . Make sure you check batteries before you pay for them! my big mistake Buyer beware!!!

Got some water in my charging port and took it to geek squad and they tried to charge me $650 for a new replacement phone while I walked in here and dude fixed it like it was nothing in like 10 seconds with no charge 11/10 service I recommend this phone repair service

Went there for a new battery for vehicle and they were Johnny on the spot before I knew it battery was in. They were so nice and so friendly. Got core charge back quick and out the door. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks

Zach at the St. Cloud location was amazing. Who knew replacing a fob case would cause so much trouble. He did everything he could to rectify the problem and it finally works. I am so sorry I was so much trouble today 😂 He was so patient and took the time to get it fixed!

They check your vehicle battery and install new one. Install is free, they take old batteries to dispose of. They do key fob batteries and repair cell phones. Can get duplicate car key but it's around $200, they answer questions and are very friendly and helpful.

I have never been disappointed with the service at this store, the staff are beyond amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, what more could you ask for, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
