We had a great experience with Benco Equipment! Their team was quick to respond, helpful, and provided excellent service from start to finish. They installed a four-post lift in our garage and did a fantastic job. Not only was the setup smooth, but they also took the time to walk us through how to operate it and explained all the features clearly. Really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had working with Matt and Kyle and a couple of other associates from Benco in St. Cloud. They made sure I had the correct piece of equipment to safely fit my needs came out did a professional job. I would highly recommend and use them again.

This company came out and gave a sales pitch saying that they could repair our automotive lifts. They sent out a tech that didn't want to do any work and just wanted to tell us how we could fix it ourselves. We are extremely busy and can't get repairs done ourselves. He left us feeling like he just wasted our time but after alot of convincing he said he would get us a quote asap. That never happened. Then the sales guys stopped in again about a month later. He apologized and said he would get back to us immediately. That was weeks ago. These guys absolutely will not follow through with anything they say. terrible employees. Waste of time.
Update: they didn't even give a decent response to my review. Just posted a bs survey. That's how much they don't care about their own business. Avoid this company at all costs!

had an alignment rack installed they did not assemble it correctly ( missing bushing in right front post ) have been after them for months to fix they set up an appointment to fix and never showed . I was recently contacted about this review and not only did they fix the problem came up took apart the hoist replace the part that was damaged during the install they did not charge me now The hoist works as it should and the office that originally installed is no longer this was previously a one-star review averaging with that they're up to a four-star if they had Been the crew to originally install it it would be a five star review because they stood behind their work even when it was a different branch. I would actually now recommend this company where before I would not.

Great company!! Service is next level! They sell and maintain everything from lifts/hoist and tire machines to quality Air compressors. The Castair air compressor we bought was immaculate and the install was just as phenomenal!Thanks Benco!

I bought a Direct Lift Pro Park 8s. Amazing customer service and great price! I would highly recommend. Brian is very knowledgeable and friendly. From answering my initial questions to strapping it down on my trailer late after hours, he was there the whole way. Lift is amazing and an amazing value.
