“Support your local bike shop and bike mechanics. Every Revolution Cycle & Ski employee I've ever spoken to has been supremely knowledgeable and always wonderful to work with. I had been having a horrendous day so I decided I would take the day off for myself and decided to drive an hour out to Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge to ride some gravel. I wanted to drop my seat 5mm when I got there but ended up stripping out my seat post clamp over tightening like an idiot. No amount of tinkering was going to fix it. I drove 45 minutes into St. Cloud and stopped at Revolution to see if I could get a replacement seat post clamp. Chris back in the shop asked me what size I needed and I said I didn't know. He looked at just the clamp and asked me if it was a clamp from a Cervelo Aspero, which it was. Insane knowledge. Unbeknownst to me, Asperos have proprietary seat post clamps which they did not have in stock. Chris drilled and tapped the seat post clamp and got me back on my bike. He turned what was a horrific day into a wonderful one. They have a loyal lifetime customer. Thank you, Chris.”
