Just came here to get a moto g stylus and a worker named Brittany came out and gave me the best deal ever amazing customer service she should 100% get a raise this was meant for cricket for across the street

There aren't enough bad words to describe the nightmare experience with the employee working when I came in. Charged to activate phone but didn't activate it. He was beyond rude and actually caused a screaming match with 3 other people who were in the store. He took a phone call while I was trying to take care of why I was there even after I asked him not to. Boost customer care helped get my phone activated and in my opinion that is outright theft to take money for activation and not activate. He told me his name was Deep. Okay? Dear Boost Mobile, do you really want someone like this representing you? I read another review on here where the person suspected the phone they just purchased was faulty... I agree because I still can't get the one I ended up with to work. He didn't transfer my contact list even though he said he did and completely disabled the phone I was replacing. I went back to try and get help with that and was told, and I quote, "There is no more discussion." He refused to give me his managers name so I'm hoping someone in a position of authority over "Deep" will see this review and hopefully no one else will ever have to be subjected to his nightmare treatment!

The employee wasn't even wearing a name tag and was practically pushing me out the door after another customer came in, he was rude and very unproffesional

I had to get a new phone. I was told up bill would not increase. But my bill went from $39.00 a month to $127.00 a month. I work at a temp job. I can't afford this increase. So my phone will probably be turned off. I have no transportation my car is in the shop. I don't like being lied to. I will do without a phone.Before I do business with this boost mobile store again.
