Just a bunch of damn kids work here. Customer service is not a priority. Walked out to find boots elsewhere. I believe Amazon has better customer service. Go figure.

Don’t bother shopping at this location manager Josh is a joke. He has complete disregard for peoples time and money spent. Another great example of the death of customer service within retail plenty other places to buy cowboy boots, my friend if you’re gonna make me work that hard at it, I’ll just find a different place to buy.

Alyanna helped me find the very rare size jeans I needed for my son. She was folding jeans and wasn't annoyed that I asked for help. After she found what I was looking for I went to check out, and she came up with one more incase I would like them. I had the best experience there!!

My fiance and I went in looking for some work boots for him before winter(insulated ones) and we didn't have the best experience. My fiance knows what he likes and cant afford anything more expensive. They had what he wanted but only had two rights of a pair in his size(the only 11's in there that were low top). Which means they probably sold two lefts to someone. The girl that was helping us was very sweet and honest! She helped the best she could! She ended up asking another guy for help and he ended trying to upsell us right away, even though we knew what we wanted. We didnt want high tops because they are more expensive but thats all they had in his size. When asked if they could match the price of the low tops he was no help at all, didnt even want to get a manager first before telling us no. Again they didnt have 11 in anything . But what I didn't like was when the manager came up seeing what was going on and just didn't care! They told him what happened and he just shrugged his shoulders and left. Just not a good customer service experience.

I had a great experience. Josh was great in assisting me in finding what I was looking for. I would highly recommend shopping here and will stop back when I am in town.
