“I honestly thought it would be days, maybe even a week, before we saw anyone, given our past experiences with service calls. For so long, we'd just resigned ourselves to waiting an agonizing three to five days for a technician to even show up, letting our operations just sit idle and our productivity plummet. But then Randy arrived on the scene, and it was genuinely shocking how quickly he prioritized our issue, making it his mission to get us back up and running almost immediately. The difference was absolutely astounding; it's a monumental improvement that still has us pleasantly bewildered!”
