It was okay. One staff was super friendly. First time ever coming here and it reminded me of a TJMaxx but TJ has more stuff that this site had. Not a whole lot to choose from here, the aisle can barely get through because so close out together.

The store was a disaster. Couldn't even get down the isles. Random items everywhere, things all over the floors. We had snow recently and the floors were covered in Muddy water. Product laying in the Muddy water! I don't think the store gets straightened up, ever. Which isn't on the staff (which were only at the registers) it's the customers, shame on the customers!

They moved to this brand new location and it's already trashed. Disgusting and disappointing. No one takes care of this place, thinis are thrown everywhere. It's sad really... no leadership, no management, no pride in the business at all.

I can’t believe what I saw today 😠what a non shoppable area. Everything is on the floor and nothing is zoned , I couldn’t go to another aisle without stepping on something . Don’t get me started on the checkout area , you guys need help from GOD!!!!

First visit to store. Messy with things on floor. Had 2 cashiers. Was next in line and waited 15 minutes with no signs of them finishing. One seemed struggling with making change. Other customer was walking away from check out and continued to shop while holding up the line of people waiting. Left my merchandise and walked out.

The place is a disaster. I went on Thursday last week and you couldn't even walk without stepping on stuff on the floor. Went again today and the place still looked the same a few days later. If the customers make that big of a mess then maybe something should be done about it. I love going to Burlington in other areas and have never came across a store this bad. It looks like a tornado hit the store.

I visited this store for the first time in its new location and was very disappointed! It’s obvious that management takes no pride in the store’s appearance, what a disaster it was. The shelves were completely in disarray, items all over the floor, one isle was so congested with merchandise all over the floor that no one could walk through it and I could go on and on. I then visited the store next door, Sierra Trading and it was how a store should look like, clean, orderly and welcoming.

It's the worst place ever. Workers are slow. The cashier is only one person, and he is slow. Workers don't seem to be bothered by the clients' needs. Big long queues and no help.

I actually work for Burlington as a cashier and I haven't been there long but I love my manager Jesse. He's really nice and understanding. And the other staff have been really nice and understanding
