Communication could be better on their end, told them if they take the tanneau cover off don’t put it back on cause people don’t care to do it right and of course they put it on wrong with missing parts, as-well as additional parts that broke that they didn’t advise me just put it in the back. They replaced my SHATTERED rear windshield and didn’t bother cleaning up any glass anywhere inside or out, Even tho I was quoted for it and bando dust everywhere inside my vehicle. Had to pick it up after hours so I told them leave it in the front hood inside because I have a spare and they left the hood open like bro? Close the dam thing. Although their work was good the details matter to me as a customer. Will not be back.

Ken and his team at Caliber Collision treat people with respect and care! Tammy was kind and took time to make sure our belongings were taken care of. They understand dealing with your vehicle can be emotional. All of the work that had to be done was clearly explained and different options were provided. The behind the scene employees can be trusted. Our vehicle looks fantastic! The cost was fair and we left feeling like we received an excellent deal and superior service! I would recommend the St. Cloud Caliber Collision to anyone - your vehicle will be taken care of and so will you!

Very friendly staff. The process was super easy. I was re-ended in a car accident. They had my vehicle back to me in two weeks and even detailed the inside for me!

The overall whole process was so smooth and knew what was going on the whole time(text messages updates!!) the work performed was spectacular as well. Looked like a brand new car when it was done. You get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny.

We were recommended Caliber Collision in St Cloud by our car insurance company after hitting a deer which caused a good amount of damage. They were professional, kept us well informed of the process, on time with the work, and we are beyond happy with the results. Our car looks totally brand new. I would highly recommend them.

I was so pleased with our experience here! They not only got us in immediately after my son’s accident but they were completely honest and had excellent communication! They also went out of their way to save us a TON of money! My son’s car looks better after the accident than it did before! This is the auto repair shop to go to for sure!!

I had hit a deer and reached out to two companies to do the repair. Caliber collision was prompt in response time and even agreed to coordinate a pickup for the rental vehicle. They had the vehicle repaired in 4 days and back on the road. I was concerned as a holiday was approaching and did not want to drive and pay for a rental for another week. The communication was awesome. Highly recommend

***Avoid this Body Shop. All levels of service are HORRIBLE. Sub-par paint work, many parts damaged in repair process, reassembled haphazardly, minimal clean-up of vehicle and zero communication. Had to bring my truck to CMS Autobody to have restored / repaired correctly, costing more than original quote...

Absolutely pro from start to finish. I had a door ding on one side and a big scratch across two doors on the other and, when they were finished, I couldn't tell where the damage haven been! Fantastic service, workmanship, and flexibility in scheduling.

This Auto body shop repaired my car and did good, solid work. It took them a while, but they kept me up to date with the repair process. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a good place to get your car repaired after an accident. I recommend it.

Customer Service is important to people at caliber, and it shows, and it’s sincere. When calling there is someone to help you immediately, they communicate well and listen to your issues and do the best they can because they care.
