The store doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months. Dirt and such built up around base of walls and around everything. Nothing has been moved to clean under. Shelves empty, Milk expires in one day. Pharmacy seemed shocked when I was nice and asked them how they were doing. That's the price you pay for working in the St. Cloud area. Bad management with no one being held accountable. Perhaps you should open up your clientele (insurance coverage) at the pharmacy, you could be rocking it like Walgreens across the street. You're missing out on a great opportunity to make a lot of money. Maybe CVS has an outdated business model. Bummer I'll have to find a different pharmacy.

This place sucks! Ran in quick to get some Aleve found it and got in line within 39 seconds. Stood in line behind ONE elderly CUSTOMER for more than 5 minutes.. clerk didn't acknowledge me.. didn't call for help or suggest another place I could go in the store to check out... so after another couple of minutes... walked to the back of the store to the pharmacy... didn't know where else I could go to check out? Walked up and the tech WALKED AWAY. I stood there for another 1-2 minutes (actually time it because I was so ANNOYED).. when he came to the till I placed my items in the counter and he told me I could go to the front counter to check out!!!!! I told him I had already been waiting several minutes at the front counter.. he sort of looked at me strangely, but then wring me up. Like ... AM I A PAIN IN YOUR ASS?! I'm so sorry for bothering you dude Never going to this place again!

I've been all around the country for work but never once have I had the PHARMACIST tell me after I asked him if I can get a prescription refilled "come back later, nows not a good time". I've filed a complaint to CVS and I hope they investigate this. This is unacceptable

First time here at this location, and it wasn't a pleasant one. My husband tried to transfer my prescription and the pharmacy tech wasn't pleasant at all We were raised to never disrespect elderly people, but that lady was not what we are used to be dealing with. She said oh you need to call your doctor and etc. She even walked off and didn't say anything. My husband is very upfront and he almost let her have it, verbally. But I said let's go and that was that. :-( I have two files on CVS and I gave her both my last names. We end up going to another CVS, and it was no issue. We won't EVER fill a prescription here, but we will pick up other items.

If I could give this pharmacist a negative 25 I would. It the Pharmacist herself that was rude-( the Pregnant one). She walked by the consult window without so much as a word to me. She is very rude. I told her that is why we go to Walgreens. I have also told my company that is associated with a discount for CVS about this as well. Do not go here. Go somewhere else like I did back to Walgreen.

Rude rude rude! Went grab some things the clerk slammed all our things one by one on counter acted as if we wer wasting her time an she was soooo tired an could barely lift the cards we wer trying to buy! I wont go back! Annnnd wen we went to leave not a thank u a smile nothin!! So of course i yelled thannnnkuuu

The manager is literally the nicest woman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don't know why she's working in a CVS when she's probably already been beatified. Seriously. She is ridiculously sweet.

Their pharmacy hours are inconvenient. They open at 9:00 am, which doesn't work if you need something before school or work. They close a few minutes before their close time, so be certain you're there at least 15 minutes before they close! They also lost a controlled RX. I had talked to them a week before to be certain they had it. I called the next week to have it filled and it wasn't there! I then had to spend a couple hours going back and forth between the doctors office and them. When we worked it out, their system lost the 'electronic RX'. So on the phone with the clinic again! On top of that, he finally called a DAY later to tell me they would have the med for another WEEK! I then had to spend more time on the phone calling other pharmacies to figure out who had the med. It's the most unprofessional Pharmacy I have come in contact with. We'll be moving our RX's to another pharmacy! These experiences were not the only things that tipped the scale. . It's just not a good feel there. I will not had back.
