My fiancé and I decided we needed to start looking at dresses. Although I didn’t get my dress here, the sales staff were amazing. We made the appointment for the same time and informed the staff of it and they did everything they could to ensure we did not see each other trying on dresses. They are great to work with!

I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress from Celebrations on February 3rd, 2023. When I purchased the dress I relied on them to get the measurements correct. They assured me that everything could be altered as they put clamps all over it. When I went to one of the seamstresses they recommended she said my dress couldn't be altered, that they should have ordered me a 16 not a 16W. I was left to look for a dress that day which is pretty much impossible. Then I received a call from the owner as I was on my way to St Cloud and he apologized said he had that dress in an 18 and that an employee would meet me at the store since they were closed that day. I was so happy to think they were going to help fix the problem. Got to the store the woman who met us was very nice. Then she couldn't find the dress but said to see if anything would work. There wasn't anything in my size in colors I could use so we left. Then the owner called and said they found the dress, went back but it was still huge on top and would have been the same problem. When I left I never heard from the owner again, left him a message heard nothing. The sales lady said how sorry she was, this should have never happened and she would talk to the owner about a refund never heard from them again. They knew this was their fault and that I was 6-7 weeks out from the wedding. So I had my dress altered and it's huge on top I can't wear it, it's worthless. I have no dress for a wedding that is 1st week of September I spent $323.00 on the dress and another $213.00 for alterations hoping something could be done. DON'T BELEIVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU WHAT CAN BE ALTERED THEY HAVE NO IDEA, PUTTING CLAMPS ON A DRESS ISN'T THE SAME. I had witnesses with me every time I was in there but even when it's their fault they don't do anything to make it right.So thankful my daughter bought her bridal gown from Emily Kaye Bridal in Nisswa, there they seem to actually care about their customers and take the time needed.

If I could give zero stars I would because I just got married a week ago and went through this shop for everything my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, fathers suits, ring bearer, groom and his Groomsmen and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My first appointment was good I picked out my dress and had my bridesmaids pick there's and the associate we had I found out later got fired because she messed up so many people's orders including mine and every sense that first appointment it was just more mistakes. My bridesmaids all picked different designers so I had to scratch my color scheme because I didn't know that mattered for colors and my first associate never told me was a problem. Half my bridesmaids and our Groomsmen weren't fitted correctly. My husband's pants ripped on our wedding day because they were to tight, and all the grooms and dads shirts were to tight. My father was missing his shirt on my wedding day and to wear a shirt we bought at Walmart otherwise hed be shirtless because one of the associates were supposed to steam it before his pickup because he got a demo shirt sense his sizing was so far off they couldn't reorder it in time and they never put it back in his bag. There needs to be more training on sizing and more notes in people's accounts because nobody wrote updated stuff when my girls went in I never knew what dress they actually wanted or what size they were. After spending thousands of dollars for myself on my dress and expecting my entire party to pay hundreds I wouldve expected ten times better service than what I got.

I went in today not thinking of having an appointment. they still took me in looking for a wedding dress. They were so helpful, I well be going back to get my dress in a few month & I well tell anyone that's looking for a dress this is the please to go

I did not find the perfect dress for me there, but it was a nice place and I had a good experience. A young lady named Kristina helped me and she was very kind and helpful even though they were not expecting me as there was a mix-up when my appointment was made. They had a nice selection, but just not the right one for me at the time.

Well maybe this is the only way to hear from an owner or manager as I see they like to reply to negative feedback so I’ll shoot my shot. I have called twice and have gone in to try and talk to someone about my situation, I understand it’s prom season but that is no excuse when I have been trying to get in touch with someone since January. Look me up and give me a call.

Beautiful dresses and very professional staff and also very knowledgeable. So helpful with the process of finding a prom dress. Would definitely return and recommend!!

I was really excited when I was dress shopping and the lady I was working with Geri said that I would not need alterations. She took all my measurements including height and said that the dress would be custom made. I thought it sounded weird so my mother and MIL asked her and she told them the same thing. Flash forward I get my dress and was given a card for alterations when I asked about it they said oh she must have been confused. I am now going to be over budget as I said what my budget was with alterations ?. Not to mention I was told when I got my dress they could remove all the embellishments and now the person alternating the dress said not necessarily and I could lose a portion. If I would have known I would have never gone here. When I asked about management I was told that the owners are farmers and they don't care about the staff let alone customers. Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff was super kind and helpful, the bride in our wedding party was very comfortable and had a great time finding her wedding dress. The experience was a lot of fun, with a lot of beautiful dresses to choose from. They also have a beautiful assortment of bridesmaids dresses also. I highly recommend Celebrations Bridal if your in need of a gorgeous dress.

I highly recommend Celebrations Bridal! They were great to work with and they weren’t pushy about me purchasing my wedding dress. I had an appointment to try on dresses and we went way over time. They didn’t tell us our time was up and pushed us out the door. I was very happy with them that we decided to go with them for our bridesmaid dresses and tux rentals. Very easy to work with and I love how they over communicate when there is an issue with an order, upcoming appointments, etc.

I want to start by saying this is the first ever BAD review I've given a business, and I hope it's my last. I am one of 5 groomsman for my good friend's wedding. in June. I will just list the horrors that have taken place, and have caused untold stress on my friend, his bride, the families, and the entire wedding party.1. Bride found a dress she loved, and upon purchase, was told that if the grooms party rented their tuxes through Celebration, the Groom's tux would be free.2. When groom went to get measured, was told that, "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't do yours for free because no one is renting shoes (cowboy boot wedding). Friend thought it was poor, but did not complain much.3. In early May, one of the bridesmaids went in to pick up her dress. She paid for it, took it home and didn't have time to try it on right away. After a few days, she took the dress out, only to find that it was not the right dress, and was different the rest of the bridesmaids dresses. When she went in to try to have the dress exchanged, she was told they could do nothing because she had already signed for the dress. They not only refused to exchange the dress, but they refused to refund her money. At this point, she became rightfully upset, and let the staff know exactly what she thought of their customer service.4. Bride gets a call saying the Celebration was cutting all ties with the entire wedding party because they feel the bridesmaid had "been verbally abusive". At this point the family is left having to find a new business to provide the tux's on short order (THANK YOU MEN'S WAREHOUSE!!!).5. Bride picks up wedding dress, goes to get it altered, and finds out that they ordered a size 12... she is a size 4-6. Attempted to get help from Celebration and was told to kick rocks, they reused to help, exchange, or refund anything off the dress. She is currently having an expert attempt to alter the dress to a usable form, as it is wayyyy too late to get a new dress somewhere else.6. Giving the store owners the benefit of the doubt, and assuming that this store just has horrible management and staff, they attempted to reach out to the store owners numerous times, only to be told "they are not available."7. When they did finally get in touch with the actual owners, they were told, "Sorry, kick some more rocks".8. My friend has finally given his permission to voice my total astonishment over how epically poor this business' customer service is.!!!!!!!!!DO NOT LET THIS NIGHTMARE HAPPEN TO YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I went to Celebrations prom shopping. What a delightful experience! The girls there were so so helpful and so pleasant! We were greated with a smile when we walked into the the store and helped our entire appointment. There was numerous sizes and dresses as Sartells' prom isn't until May 21, 2022. I would recommend Celebrations Bridal & Formal Wear to anyone and anyone looking for a dress of their choice! Thank you for the excellent service!!Amy and Kelsi

The dress I fell in love with at Celebrations Bridal, wasn’t going to arrive before my wedding and initially they told me that they could not sell me that specific dress off the rack; because of the popularity, they needed that size sample.The manager approached me and said that same size dress was in production, but it wouldn’t arrive by my wedding date, June 4th, so she said they would sell me the dress off the rack, and they would take the one in production once it arrived!I am so overjoyed and grateful that there are still people that genuinely care about their customers happiness!Everyone was so kind, especially Kathy, our associate! She was extremely helpful and gave her honest opinions, which I greatly appreciated!Thank you SO SO SO much Celebrations Bridal staff for making me a happy bride!! I am very thankful!! ????

The best bridal shop!! First off, this place has too notch customer service! From the time I made an appointment, through winter weather storm and checking with me for appointment, during the appointment, and through to the end. Their professionalism was outstanding! They made me feel very special and not once was it what they invisioned for my wedding, but cared about what I needed, liked, and saw for my day. You feel right at home as I your shopping in your living room. There was no rushing through and when I wanted to video call my mom and sister in law, they gave us all the time we needed and space. I would give this pace a 10 out 5 if I could!!! I highly recommend this place!

Our experience didn’t match some of these reviews at all. The ladies here were so sweet and helpful. Also, beautiful dresses!!!!
