Such bad experience today some of the doctors are here like that one African, Dr. Aboubakar, Mohamed should go back to school. I brought my uncle that’s new to the country and his record that from IOM provides migration health assessments and travel health assistance to conditionally approved refugees with technical guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC he needed to get his wellness check and his shots along with his family of five and they didn’t even know what that was there trying to separate the documents and just take care of him separately and not with his family and separate the documents that was in one envelope from CDC IOM like if you don’t know, you don’t know some of the doctors should not be working here they should get fired right now or go back to school. Shame on yourselves!!????

I absolutely love my doctor Carmen buiceg-arama. She helps me so much with my anxiety and See's me when I'm worried about something. She treats us like family and is so sweet to our kids. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and she's so patient with you.

Contacted my provider with all of my rare symptoms and the possibility that it may have something to do with the burn pits while deployed and the possibility of having Gulf War syndrome. She told me she doesn't know much about it and to go see someone else. Not a referral just go see the VA. Maybe she doesn't watch the news but the VA isn't ideal for our veterans. That's why I went to centra care but this place doesn't care about there patients what so ever.Update: called and left a message at the reply below and never received a call back!

Couldn’t be more disappointed in how they are handling things with me. I’m in an incredible amount of pain and they are working with zero sense of urgency. Should I be going to the ER to get this dealt with? Or another clinic if they don’t have time for me? Nobody I have talked to has been helpful at all. I just want transparency. Would give zero stars for their effort but it won’t let me.

Horrible place. Lack of service and treatment ever since becoming centracare..which is too bad i used to love my doctor. No point In filing a complaint. They will turn it against you. Filed a complaint against a doctor because the doctor yelled at me on why I was coming in. I told her I was told by my primary that I should be seen. But when I complained it got all turned around it was all my fault. In the same incident, I was put on medication that I should not have been put on. I found out by another doctor in a different healthcare system or the other two medications prior to that. What's the point I giving them a med list if they just going to put you on just anything without looking to see if the med will work with the other meds. Do not bother filling out their questions they give you to answer when you check in. They don't look at them anyways. I purposely did not bring up things in my physical to see if they would mention them. But nothing mention during appointment, no follow up, absolutely nothing. So sad I have to drive over an hour to get proper care.

0/5 stars. Do NOT interact with Centracare who employs Dr. Elizabeth Bevier. She is not my established care doctor and WITHOUT LEGAL AUTHORITY, limited my supply of NEEDED asthma prescriptions prescribed by a different doctor. Centracare and it’s affiliates, Dr. Elizabeth Bevier and her nurse Theresa, need to provide legal documents and disclose how Dr. Elizabeth Bevier, who is NOT my established care doctor, has legal authority to limit my supply of prescriptions prescribed by a different doctor and over rule that doctor without written or verbal consent from that doctor and patient (myself). If not provided within TWO weeks (14 days from 5/1/23 @ 17:28) I will be pursuing legal action. Nurse Theresa called and left a voicemail at 16:34 on 5/1/23 leaving a very limited amount time to call back for a resolution as she leaves at 17:00. I am shocked that a doctor and nurse would do such a thing without legal authority or written or verbal consent by patient (myself) and doctor who wrote prescriptions, as they joined this profession to HELP patients rather than collect an extra dollar. “Why cure it when you can treat it and bill it each step of the way”

They told me a video call would save me an "office visit" as I didn't need a doctor, I just needed to refill my prescription. After a 3 minute phone call I got my prescription, which I never ended up using. And then they proceed to bill me $162 for an "office visit" which they told me a phone call would avoid and refuse to credit me or assist with my bill in any way.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE !! THEY ARE SLOW, DISRESPECTFUL AND STICK YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN

I took my daughter in for her wellness physical and because she responded with a concern to the practitioner’s question, we were billed a separate office visit and had to pay out of pocket. This is more than frustrating since she went in for a 10 minute wellness physical and is a perfectly healthy individual.

Worst clinic ever my wife new to this country got here in september,shes pregnant with our baby my sister went with to help her in case she didnt understand what the dr was fully sayin an mind u she speaks pretty good english but shes scared an been bleeding an wprried about our unborn child..they would not let my sister go in with her,,an had a woman lie to me sayin my wife understood the dr perfectly..not 5 mins later my wife calls me sayin she didnt understand the dr because they were to quick an was in an out basically in 5mins..i will be consulting a lawyer..

I was recently here this week my first time expierience Was when I came last year with my daughter and it was great . this time I did not like it, if I haft to wait to get seen at the other centra care clinic I would this one is horrible they literally gave me false information on how to schedule Covid test appointments for my 4 children who were ill and I wanted to make sure they were negative before starting school for the safety of other children and families the nurse told me to just make an appointment under my name and I did . thankfully another nurse called me about the appointment 2 hours before I thaught my kids were going to get tested and I explained that the appointment was for my children and the nurse at the clinic who helped me set it up quickly said it was fine that it was only under my name they would still test the children . the nurse on the phone was confused and also a little upset because Covid tests are very important right now and that was very false information I was received and to top it off the day I mentioned about getting tested because they did not they seemed to be rushing us out and I was pretty offended by that I will never come here again worst experience ever .. I never leave bad reviews anywhere this is my first time ever this was unacceptable.

Good luck getting into see your primary doctor haven't seen mine in years unless youre willing to wait 3 to 6 weeks. Friday I called about a pre existing condition ive been seen for and no answer back and I tried calling again. Got the run around all day. Now its Monday and numerous calls to them finally a call back to tell me there is nothing they can do. Ive been sitting here in pain for day. Somebody Friday couldve just cold me theres nothing they can do. Horrible follow through. Centra care is a joke. So disappointed that the medical group and was bought by a corporation. They're more concerned about their numbers than patients and employees. I'll be searchimg for a new facility. This plaxe sucks

With no appointment I went in because my thermometer broke to have my temp taken she takes it from underneath my coat and tells me it's low probably because of the weather it's supposedly she's in charge so instead of us I have an appointment and I'm spending a bunch of money there I can't get in honest temperature read so we'll see if somebody else can help me way too be caring in the covid-19

On hold for over 2 hours and still no one picked up. Eventually selected the option for them to call me back. Finally got a return call at 11pm but was sleeping so it went to vm. Tried calling back and guess what...round two. The second call came in at 2:30 in the morning! I understand things can be challenging with Covid but we've been dealing with Covid for 9 months now. A month later...I have to call in again...yep, 2 more hours on hold with no pick up. Let's see what time they call back tonight. Absolutely horrendous service....come on...figure it out! Looked at other reviews and others are saying the same thing. Love my doc and nurse.
